If you see any event hosted by Joonbug, run the opposite direction. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional and unethical business. We bought a table at the event, which they oversold. However, they tried to cover their tracks by seating us at a section we didn’t buy. When we confronted management, we were told that they would fully refund us (after like 3 hours of standing there and waiting for an answer). on December 21, 2021 we bought two tickets for the new year on the 31st. we bought it with open bar, food and comfort, seated vip, on the night of the party, there was no food, few bathrooms for thousands of people and a single bar and we would stay for hours to get a drink, total neglect, without organization. I had an event on New Year’s Eve it got canceled because of Covid and new restrictions. It’s end of February and I have not receive my money back. I’ve send multiple emails and I’ve called multiple times and I still have not received my money back. I do not recommend this website stay away. Worst service
