I'm not sure about negative reviews. It's a bit hot inside for 85F outside. Store friendly and kind. The line moves smoothly. There's enough seats for everyone. No drama. Bathroom is available, please ask the front cashier. It's right next to the Dunkin' Donuts. (Currently closed May '23) The M, Macdonald sign can see from the far away so you won't miss it! 1st ave E6st. no drink bars t this location.
The machines detract from the overall experience. Fumbling around just to put your order in was more than inconvenient, it was boradeling test of will power. it took time to get through all the menus and then to customize it while you have a line of people behind you.
