I ordered a pickup through classpass but the staff was away for a bathroom break. I waited for half an hour but they were still not back :( I wasn’t able to cancel the order either. There was a short line of people waiting for pickup and apparently this happens at this location quite a lot. Don’t try to order ahead here!

(12/06/23) I just got the chocolate protein smoothie and realized that the expiration date of the drink has passed. The staff tried to exchange the item, but apparently all of them in the fridge were in the same condition, and he had to open a new box. I want to believe that they didn't intentionally leave the expired items in stock, but the manager or staff members definitely need to check them often and carefully since most customers for this particular place would just grab it and go. The smoothie is good - I'm a long-time vip member - but I definitely suggest checking on the expiration date before you leave!

I want to express my disappointment with the service, that I received at pressed juicers, at the location, in Manhattan, near the Long Island Railroad station, near 33rd Street and 8th Avenue. I've patronized at this location twice, which was just last evening, and a week ago. It seems the employee is racially biased, when both times that I patronized this location, the employee will automatically give a bag to white customers, where they would just put my items on the counter, and I don't offer me a bag. I demanded a bag from the employee. This occurred on Wednesday night at around 8:00 pm. This unprofessional, and racist behavior should not be allowed. My name is, Mr. Taharka Omowale, and want to post this review, in the hopes that this establishment will tighten up on their act.

This place is phenomenal I love the fact that you can enjoy a healthy meal smoothie or snack on the go no worries they prep your bowls right in front of you and they are delicious I love the service because the representative are always giving you a smile a greet and it feels good because this is where your spending your money I've visited many different ones not consistent to one in particular just the name and the food service and ambiance is always the same you want to come in and you want to return I've had their drinks and shots but I am addicted to the açaí bowl (original) it has all the components you need for a meal go pressed

Tucked away inside the Moynihan Train station I was elated to find a Pressed with freeze available. Back in Pasadena there's no freeze option, only juice. Damn the Manhattan pricing is crazy but luckily I had enough points with my VIP to get a free one! This was the time to use it and the employee knew, so grateful for it. I was going to get boba but this was SO much better. Totally loved the Blueberry Freeze it just might force me to drive to Glendale to see if they have it too.

This review is for the location inside Moynihan train hall the employee Liz is a disgusting individual and poor representative of the pressed brand granted their bowls are amazing I frequent here weekly and I will no longer give my money to an establishment where customer satisfaction is not top priority Liz does not follow bowl preparation properly and moves very slow every time I come here in attempt to intentionally make me miss my train which is so strange because I do not know her at all so any personal reasoning to be talking about customers hair and their lives while making their bowls is beyond me and results in Liz putting toppings I didn't ask for short story short don't go ! I will not be returning to this location

This location might be hard to find but it is in Turnstyle Underground Market, which is in a subway station. Because I am not a member, I paid $7 for the strawberry basil lemonade. The flavor of this is similar to the light breeze of flavor you would get from sparkling water. The strawberry taste was lightly present while the basil and lemon were not. For such a small portion of pre-packaged juice, I would not get it again.

Was hard to find if you are not from NY. You have to go underground to find it. I drove 40 mins away from NJ to pick it up for them to tell me that they waited for me to come to tell me they had to refund my whole order (i ordered 3 cleanses). They only gave me a code to offer me 10$ off my next order
