The scone I ordered was terrible, it was heavy and thick, like plaster. GF can be so much better than this. This is what GF pastries were like 20 years ago. The cappuccino was bad as well, tasteless with too much milk.

This is still my go-to spot for gluten free lunch. Just withdraw cash before coming. Service is always great here as well.

I have a cousin who's a celiac and this bakery is affiliated with the Senza Gluten restaurant where she was planning her birthday dinner. The restaurant will only allow cakes from this bakery which makes sense. I wanted to surprise my cousin with a cake since her dessert choices are always limited and it's her birthday. When I called the bakery, they said they only take Amex (which is not a common card to have) or cash. I informed them I live in NJ and asked if there was any other way. I would gladly even Zelle the owner if necessary. Not only did they take 2 days to even call me back, but they said there's nothing they can do and suggested I take a trip all the way out there simply to pay for the cake or ask someone to do so. They were not even apologetic about it. The manager refused to get on the phone and instead had the poor girl going back and forth asking questions and responding to me. There are plenty of gluten free places in the city and that's where I will be taking my business and telling everyone I know about this and to stay away!

What a lovely little place!I went there with high hopes to try their desserts. When I ordered, the employees informed me it was cash only - which I did not have on me. I was about to walk away when they offered me a tea on the house (originally, I was going to have a tea and a pastry and read a little). They made me a cup of tea, so I sat on the cushioned window seat for a little. They were so nice, so professional. Definitely coming back to try the desserts as they looked so good.Thank you for this experience and kindness!

During our trip, we made plans to eat here, even though it was a little out of our way. It was so worth it. It is rare that I can go to a restaurant and order anything in the menu, so this was a special treat. If you are on a gluten free diet, I absolutely recommend a stop here. We loved everything we had, and I would love to go again!

Popped in for a GF French stick to take away. It’s awesome. Cash or Amex only.
Everything we tried was delicious! The bread basket with olive oil, fried calamari, salad, lobster and shrimp...all of it was yummy! I need to go back soon because now I'm spoiled being able to order anything off the menu (I've been eating gluten free for 12 years since I found out I was gluten intolerant). If I lived in NYC I'd eat here every week!

I never understood how people can only give 1 stars to ANY place, especially for this one! I general, I always ignore one stars. The food is always amazing. Always! The cute little chef even talked to me about ingredients! So sweet of her! The service staff sometimes gets overwhelmed, but this happens at every restaurant once in awhile. Give ‘em a break! ?Kid-friendliness: The waitress was so nice to our toddlers!
