First time here because I was in the area shopping. Got my coffee ☕️ fast but it took a little bit longer for my chocolate chip ? cookie to receive. But the service was lovely and they got my order right.
Was it extremely busy? Yes, but its New York who cares. Just want to say that the barista was kind enough to turn one of my favorite drinks here into a hot drink because I told her I was so cold. And she recreated it as a hot drink to perfection. Perfect flavor, perfect temperature. Before I ordered that I wanted to try a new drink, to my disappointment it wouldn't be available until the next day. She offered me a sample of that as well. Great customer service from her and her team!
