Fun, non-traditional spot for a quick sushi meal. Brought my little guy who is a huge salmon/tuna nigiri fan for lunch and we were the only ones here when it opened. We sat outside in one of the curbside booths given the weather was decent. I enjoyed the 12 piece omakase with a few nigiri pieces on the side for the little one. We had an amazing experience at Sushi on Jones. First we were greeted by the manager, sat down and offered water or tea. Upon requesting tea they had a variety of black, green and buckwheat tea. We went with buckwheat. Then the waiter explained to us the menu and the differences between regular (12 course) and extended Omakase (20 course) with sea urchin and other sushi.
