I don't know about the value on the normal menu but the restaurant week menu was a great deal. The food was fantastic and our waiter was awesome. Overheard it was one of my friend's birthday and brought the 4 of us a round of mini cocktails. Definitely want to eat there again.
Reserved ahead of time with a party that was supposed to be 13, changed to 10 the day of the event, and then arrived with 9. TICS was super accommodating and my party had a great time. The service on the day was also super warm and friendly - felt like I was eating at someone's home. Would definitely come again

This place holds a special place in my Heart and it feels really good everytime I visit . The taste has never changed . I enjoyed the drink as well as Truffled Moneybags just like I always do . Thank you for your service.
