It was good to come back to Taboon and bring the kids this time. The food was very very good. Not quite excellent, but very very good. The menu felt a little more limited, but still had all the things you would expect from a mid-eastern inspired menu.The overall issue was some of the food had too much flavor (salt) and some was lacking. Great restaurant and great service. Bartender was not that comfortable making pretty standard drinks. That was a little surprising. So, change to red wine. They had some good bottles that were reasonably priced. The cauliflower dish was very good. The Bronzino was outstanding.

Amazing tasty restaurant with great atmosphere. A nice, classy dining experience in Hell’s Kitchen. The food is the real star here. Yummy brunch, pizza, fried chicken, and the best hummus ever! Come prepared to eat!
