Was seriously underwhelmed by dinner tonight. We thought we were starting off strong with some oysters which were fantastic, but when our main course came, they mixed up the order and brought out two pork chops instead of the pork chop and salmon.We ended up eating dinner at different times so my food didn’t get cold and the salmon came out when I was just about finished.If that wasn’t bad enough, the pork had blood in it (luckily I noticed in time to stop eating it).I was also surprised that after the order mixup, there was no effort made by the restaurant to comp at least one of the drinks or the appetizer to apologize. Not only that, but when we got the check, the waitress marked the 20% tip before handing me the machine to pay.I’ve been a fan of The Smith and have gone to multiple locations, but this will probably be the last time I do.

My favorite location & top choice for restaurant, but please work on the plating & quality of the Caesar salad. It came out sloppy with dried up lettuce, not chopped properly and add fresh Parmesan please. For an American establishment to serve up this classic in an undelightful way is surprising. All over fantastic service & menu options.

I don’t go to chain restaurants when I’m visiting other states. Made an exception for a buddy of mine we met up. Great food and atmosphere! I’ll be back for sure.

Great food and amazing service. Was recommended to me as a place which handles food allergies really well (I have a nut allergy). Have to say the service and food were amazing and well worth it. Highly recommend you short list this place.

Our favourite place for food and drinks during our trip to NYC, we came back 3 times! The chicken caesar salad and mac & cheese were delicious. Cocktails were of good quality and not too expensive for the area. Staff friendly, efficient and accommodating. 10/10 recommend and would go back.
