The food is pretty tasty. Their chicken parmigiana is a hit or miss, I've had it 3 times, two dry one good one. The atmosphere is nice if you're into celebrities. Service is pretty quick and courteous. I think this place reflects the Italian New York experience like in the movies. If you are into Italian food, you are better off going to a small place.

Gargantuan portions, typical Italian-American cuisine. Restaurant decorated in the old style with chandeliers and portraits of celebrities. Very noisy, but it adds to the atmosphere. An exceptional New York experience, close to Time Square.

I had such an amazing time here with a friend of mine! Food and drinks were delicious! The ambience is great as well. Most of all, I would like to thank our server, Riad. He even sang a few songs throughout the night which was such a fun surprise! He has an incredible voice! He was so kind to us and even brought us limoncello at the end of the night. Such a fun experience!
Our best meal of the trip! Place was super busy but they were able to seat us early and kept us on time for something we had planned later that evening. Service was top notch and food was soooooo good!! Everyone had a blast and family style meals meant everyone was stuffed!!

Goodtimes
The food is excellent. The service is very good and overall a very good experience. I like a more relaxing environment, but this is not that type of restaurant, which I'm not faultly the restaurant, just my preference. But, if you would like great food with LARGE portions, a lively atmosphere and great location, this is the place!

The food and cocktails were amazing , great environment, exceptional staff. The live singer is the cherry on top of a spectacular evening. I found this place the first time just by wandering around, so when we Decided to spend our 30th anniversary in New York I knew Tony's Di Napoli was for us.
Chicken Parmesan was dry. Ceasar salad too acidic couldn't eat it. Very disappointing and left most of the food uneaten. Even my 10 year old granddaughter couldn't enjoy the meal and had similar experience.

Decent food, but service really leaves something to be desired. We bring you a dish other than the one ordered. The waiters are busy moving chairs and tables for the next service while you are still eating (at 9 p.m....).Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free penne available.

One chicken cutlet, cut in half with no sides as a lunch portion $21. Food warm and sauce is extremely sweet. Tourist trap.

Absolutely love Tony DiNapoli's anytime I'm in NY. Great service, ambiance and food. It's generally energetic with the theater crowd in for a meal. We had the garden and Caesar salads. Huge and delicious. The chicken and veal parmigiana was absolutely delicious. The sorbets in the frozen fruit shell were excellent. If you haven't tried the food here, you need to!
