I popped in with the Tumi rollaboard suitcase that's been my constant travel companion around the globe (probably at least half a dozen times, in fact) for nearly a decade. During my most recent trip, the top handle had popped loose and was hanging on by a single screw. Otherwise, it's in fine condition. The Salesman who was there yesterday at 3:40 pm 10/31/21 was very nice and attentive. It was my first tumi purchase and he went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and not out of place in a more luxurious environment, as I’m not very well acquainted to them.
