“The experience at this restaurant was incredible from the moment you step in. The decor is beautiful with flowers surrounding you. The staff is attentive and nice. The food was incredible especially the fried vegetable dumplings. The bathroom was clean. There was enough space and privacy between tables. I highly recommend coming here!“
“Another fantastic dinner at PS Kitchen. Highly recommend the Thai Chili wings, crabby cakes and Brussel Sprouts. Our table also had the Linguini Alfredo, Cesar wrap and the Thai Sweet Chili Sandwich. We didn’t like the pretzel bun but otherwise everything was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are friendly and we did not feel rushed. Will definitely be coming again and highly recommend.“
“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“
“One of the most upscale vegan restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Terrific Asian foods with veggie flair, and unqiue cocktails to boot. Try the Bang Bang Broccoli and thank me later... its tempura heaven!Vegetarian options: An all vegan menu in midtown Manhattan!Dietary restrictions: An all vegan menu in midtown Manhattan!“
“Ever since Village Crown closed I have missed a truly satisfying kosher restaurant...and now that I am vegan the challenge is greater. I had a birthday celebration for a party of seven...on a rainy night the place was warm and welcoming. We put together a tasting menu and all of us were wowed. A "cheese platter" that a cheese lover would savor. Chewy mushroom calamari with a magical aioli, fried artichoke with the lightest coating, pizza from fig, to sausage to wild mudhrooms with a soft chewy crust and deceivingly realistic cheese; pastas from a delicious eggless porkless spagetti carbonara, "squid ink" ravioli that was a stunningly luscious mystery to me. These were the highlights of a memorable dining experience in a charming place.“
“Lunch at abcV is surprisingly good as we didn't expect the plant based food menu. I just wanted to grab some lunch with my wife. It was like stumbling into a secret society where the members wield spatulas instead of swords and are on a valiant quest to elevate plant-based eating from mere sustenance to an art form. They don't just serve food; they serve enlightenment on a platter, with a side of cosmic wisdom and a sprinkle of culinary wizardry. Imagine if a Zen garden and a high-end spa had a love child, and that love child decided to open a restaurant with high vibration foods, balance and beauty, wellness, wisdom, and love? So much love, I feel the urge to hug my waiter (consensually, of course) but my wife said no. It's all designed to nurture not just our personal ecosystems but the planetary one as well. Eating here, I can't help but feel like I'm saving the world, one bite at a time. And the food--it's like each dish has been kissed by Mother Nature herself, then sent to culinary school. Who knew vegetables could be this indulgent? I half-expected the broccoli to levitate off my plate, such was the level of enlightenment it apparently possessed. My wife and I shared a dish that I'm convinced had achieved nirvana, and for a moment, I saw the universe in a grain of quinoa. abcV is an experience that transcends the mere act of eating. It's a culinary journey that promises not just a meal but a shift in consciousness. I left with a newfound appreciation for the humble vegetable. And perhaps, just perhaps, a yearning to nurture my own personal and planetary ecosystem--with a bit more wisdom, love, and a dash of deliciousness.“
“I have had an amazing experience with them. I ordered food for an iftar event happening at The Towers and they went above and beyond my expectations. They delivered on time, gave so much delicious food and were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The event had no food left because everyone came back for 3rds and 4ths. Thank you so much for your hardwork!!“
“Harsh was educational and kind about the different dishes we were served from beginning to end. This was my first time at Vatan. At the end, as a dairy free consumer, a dessert was given to me that was dairy free dessert, that’s call soan papi and I appreciated that soo much!“
“Great price and portion size. Very fast service; its like sit in fast food. Food is good. Definitely recommend the mixed veggie fried rice and soup dumplings. Also tried chicken corn soup which was also good. There was a bit of hiccup with one of our dishes because of the fast paced process but it was resolved after discussion. Would recommend and I would go back to try the dumplings and soup again.“
“Best marg selection I have ever seen (including non-alcoholic margs)! Amazing food, and even better service. The servers are all so helpful and very kind. They even went out of their way to create an entirely new drink for my sister who wanted a non-alcoholic toasted marshmallow flavored margarita (it was so good!) Great experience!“
“Really beautiful space with lovely food and great service. I was expecting a bit more from the food tbh for the price (not sure what though because I have no real complaint but it wasn't spectacular other than the mixed fritter appetizer which was the best tempura I've ever had). All in all 4.5 stars.“
“Amazing, uncomplicated food that's tasty and really good value. The challah bread is particularly good, and I love the potato soup. It's also a very welcoming place to eat if you're on your own - just take a seat at the counter!“
“Staff knows me on a first name basis and that good work speaks for itself. Thank you.Vegetarian options: it's all what there what you need.Dietary restrictions: it's listedParking: parking on 25th street nyc between Broadway and 6th Avenue.Kid-friendliness: Very polite and courtesy counts.Wheelchair accessibility: there's a ramp.“
“The food was exquisite and the service was immaculate. The staff was super friendly and inviting. Not a huge fan of Italian food but I would go again. The homemade pasta has a distinct taste of freshness that you can't just get anywhere and the fish tasted like it was caught the day before.“
“The sushi was excellent! I ordered the Spicy Jackfruit Crab roll to have at Beyond Sushi and the Spicy "Tuna" Crispy Rice to go (served at 37th Street location only, per their online menu). The only reason I gave it a rating of 4 is because I was disappointed with the portion of my to go order it was DAMN GOOD! I felt jipped with just 3 pieces, but, my, oh my, those 3 pieces were ?? absolutely DELICIOUS! The spicy mayo sauce also spilled before I got to it. I'm not really feeling their container. The round plastic containers with lids would've done just fine. What they have is not the most appealing nor inviting option, especially for this treat! Some may agree after seeing the pics attached. The Spicy Jackfruit Crab roll consists of white rice, lettuce, spicy jackfruit crab, pickled red onions, marinated carrots, avocado, chili strands, ponzu, and toasted cayenne sauce. I could've done with a smaller piece of lettuce, but the lettuce was crisp? In contrast, the rice and crab with the crunchy pickled red onions ??? Yeeeeees! This roll was yummy!I think the to go order was my fave though ?The Spicy "Tuna" Crispy Rice Avocado, toasted cayenne, chili oil, black caviar, and chili strands? It's the extra crisp rice for me! Then you add all that other goodness. ?Service was awesome!“
“My sister and I went to Urban Vegan Kitchen for the first time this week. We both absolutely loved it. The food, the service, the vibe…all great. I had the “chicken” and waffles and my sister had an empanada and chips, salsa and guacamole. All delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.“
“This restaurant was very good and the servers were very sweet and diligent. The curry was delicious and filling just how we like it. It is a beautiful upscale restaurant but still has reasonable prices for the food and drinks. We would definitely recommend this place“
“This is an amazing place with a menu that helps people to understand the nutrients they are receiving! The options and variety is excellent and it accommodates for people with all sort of dietary restrictions. It’s definitely great food for our gut!“
“Loved the impossible vegetarian burgers! They’re so warm and dense - very much a filling lunch! We also enjoyed the crispy fries but wish the portion size was larger. Service was also wonderful. The restaurant has 3 indoor tables (fitting 6), and outside tables for sitting & standing. Best to do pickup and walk to the park.“
“10/10 highly recommend. You truly can't go wring. S'mac went above and beyond. The packed a refrigerated a mac and cheese of my choice to ensure I got it home. There mac and cheese was my brother's only request from NYC! I don't know if the workers there see these posts or not. Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for going above and beyond.“
“Imo the best vegetarian restaurant in the city. Great for celebrations like birthdays and getting together with a large group of friends - lighting / artwork has a cool vibe and they have a great cocktail selection. Personal favorites from the menu include scallion pancake, mapo tofu, dan dan noodle, and the general tso mushroom. Service can be a little slow during peak hours since it's so popular but the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!“
“Delicious Thai food. Classic dishes. Vegan. Lovely Ms May Kaidee cooks your food!! She is a cookbook author, chef, dancer, noted restaurateur in Thailand. Interior is decorated with Thai symbols. Great food. I had noodles and vegetables with an amazing sauce. Mango desert with coconut sauce and yummy rice, fantastic!!! Joe might be your waiter and is kind and professional. Such a wonderful place!!!“
“A vegan friend invited me here for the first time, and I’ll continue to come here for lunch! The food is fresh and innovative, and feels like comfort food. Walk up to the counter, most of the options are dished up while you’re placing your order, some they grab from the kitchen. It’s quick and delicious. Staff is friendly. It’s also reasonably priced for such high quality food.“
“I believe I have found my favourite eatery in the whole NYC, and yet in one of the most unexpected neighborhoods! These people deserve a Noble prize in both cooking (at least in the subfield of cheesesteak!) and problem solving as they offer some of the best vegan versions of some of the most favourite animal based foods! Loved my food and deeply appreciate what they do <3Highly recommended“
“Fantastic restaurant with such romantic flair, super cozy and the food is served in large portions for one person! We had the Garlic bread with goat cheese which was splendid, the butternut squash soup is a must try and the rigatoni/bolognese were delightful. Our waitress Madeline was stupendous and super patient to our party with 4 kids. Very grateful for her continuous attentiveness. the only thing I would say or take the subway or an Uber as parking is so scarce. We’re here on a Wednesday night!“
“My favourite home town food which is he is serving in the week 4 to 5 days. We really love the food here & drum sticks are must try & samosas are really big size . We can’t imagine in Washington square park NY he is serving dosa in this price! Also vegans, pure vegetarian foods THANK YOU so much mr. Chef THIRU annan . we love you’re food & your hospitality keep rocking ???“
“This place was great. The location is a few short blocks from Time Square and doesn’t charge ten times the price because of the location. The staff was awesome and the servers were all over our table which was nice. Food was quick and cooked perfect . Also this place is huge and tons of beer on tap. IF YOUR GOING TO TIME SQUARE TRY THIS PLEACE.“
“I've been craving idlis for so long! We visit Saravana Bhavan and buy idli vada, masala dosa and porotta. Porotta was served with a curry and classic potatoes (which tasted amazing). 3 different types of chutneys and the coconut chutney was the best of them all. The experience overall was a happy one!! Made me miss home!“
“We went here twice during our visit to NYC. Once we chose a salad from the menu. Unfortunately, we missed the fact that one ingredient was “spicy”. The second time we put together our salad ourselves. They have a very large selection and very tasty dressings. The employees were always very friendly!“
“Dropped by Beyond Sushi in NYC for a lunchtime adventure, ready to dive into their plant-based menu. Here’s the scoop:The "Mighty Mushroom" roll left me wanting more—more filling, less rice. The hefty amount of rice kind of muscled out the flavors of the mushrooms and ginger, tilting towards the dry side.On a brighter note, the Shiitake Dumplings didn’t disappoint. They packed enough punch to stand out, proving that good things do come in small packages.Presentation-wise, Beyond Sushi nails it. It's easy to see why it’s dubbed an Instagram haven. Each dish is a visual feast, making you pause for a snap before you eat. But, while the aesthetics had me at hello, I was hoping the flavors would sweep me off my feet, especially considering the price tag.Space inside is a bit of a squeeze, even by New York City standards. My tip? Sidestep the lunch rush or any peak time if you're after a more relaxed vibe to enjoy your meal. All in, it wasn’t half bad. The experience had its highs and lows, but I’m open to giving Beyond Sushi another whirl down the road.“
“Ate at spice symphony whilst visiting New York and was delighted ! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions for appetisers and information to assist choosing entrees. The food was lovely, great flavour and good quality. My fish curry was just perfect. I’d certainly recommend.“
“As soon as I heard about this place I knew I had to try it. The concept is incredibly simple- I'm not entirely clear on how they are using AI and robotics to make everything happen- but you place an order online, you get a notification when it will be ready, and then the notification directs you to a little cubby/locker where you pick your food up. This place has limited hours and is geared towards to go orders (there's a bar to stand and eat at, but no seating, no restroom either) and is also clearly for the office lunch crowd. It's great vegan food though for those who want something to bring back with them or just for a quick bite. I had the crispy chicken burger and it was excellent, definitely some of the best vegan fast food I have had in a long time. I wish the burger was customizable (I don't like pickles for example) but things you don't like are easy enough to remove. I also wish the menu had a description of what was in each meal although most of it is pretty basic and self explanatory. There was someone there who was present for ordering issues, explaining what's in the different options, and just to make sure everything was going as it should. Despite a few things that could be tweaked overall I think this place is a great concept and I hope it lasts and they can open more.“
“Food: variety of fresh food falafel and hummus & salad combo. I was thinking that they serve chicken shawarma but they don’t most of their menu is only consist of falafel. Their falafel trio is great.Service: they need to pay more attention to customers with respect to their commitment.Atmosphere: they have plenty of seating outside and inside and the atmosphere is great.“
“My friend invited me to Hummus Place today, we had dinner before the concert at NY Philarmonic. I loved everything! Food was freshly made and delicious! My only suggestion: I wish the serve tea in a bigger cup. Portion of tea is way too small?“
“Delicious fast casual Mediterranean food.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose fromDietary restrictions: Check with the server, they have items that work for allergen restrictions.Parking: Hard to find parking in the street.Kid-friendliness: Plenty to choose from for kids, but no set menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, seemed accessible.“
“Really great vegetarian and vegan food! No matter whether pancakes, bao buns or anything else, it tastes great. Important: it is a take away without seating. But there are small “parcs” with seating a block up the street. The staff are also very friendly and nice!“
“It's a really nice experience here being able to order from an all-vegetarian/mostly-vegan menu. The food was overall good but a bit inconsistent. The specific dishes we ordered:Sweet sesame rice balls: quite good, crispy on the outside and chewy and tasty insideSteamed BBQ buns: I thought there wasn't enough meat relative to the bread, and the meat itself was fine but a bit bland.Turnip cakes: Flavor was good, but there was something a little odd and chalky about the textureSoup dumplings: really good, my favorite dish we ordered. The filling had a pleasant savory flavor with lots of fake meat.“
“A real nice market style restaurant. It has all fares from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. There are separate bars serving specific types of foods such as salad bar, dessert bar, etc. Nice place to meet with friends so we can each pick what we like.“
“YO can I just say, that if you are a vegetarian or vegan and you like ramen, this place has so many vegan options! I praise because I've been wanting to go to a decent ramen place since I went vegan and voilà I finally found it! Perfect spot for dining with people with diet or allergy restrictions because they of course have the normal broth option as well. The thing about this is, other ramen shops vegan options usually are spicy. But Ramen Danbo has non-spicy vegan ramen which is literally heaven. Thank you and you'll expect me on the regular! Very chill interior as well. Very cozy, classy and contemporary.“
“The waffle was dry but tasty, eggs were nice as well. But the banana french toast just tasted like banana bread and was not as expected. Prices are average, maybe a bit on the higher side (not sure if it’s worth it). Cute place but a bit small as the tables were very near each other.“
“absolutely delightful. 4 course tasting menu for $55 dollars which does not leave you hungry! the tasting menu was also entirely vegan and gluten free! their online menu lists all possible allergens for each dish.Vegetarian options: their entire menu is vegetarian, and mostly vegan. everything is deliciousDietary restrictions: allergens for each dish are listed on their online menu“
“Green Symphony is a little gem of a place to eat. Close to Time Sq and Broadway, it’s one of the few small independents that serve great food at reasonable prices. The owners and staff are cheerful and the atmosphere is warmly welcoming. If you’re in NYC, go see for yourself!!!“
“I don't live or work in the area but I bike to this Just Salad because it has the best vibes. Starting with JewJew, who is the best, and Ashley, Stefanie, and the whole team is super fantastic. Really appreciate you all making every person's day, including my own. Keep up the awesome work!“
“If you're traveling to New York and miss Malaysian food, you can stop by at this restaurant. Patti is delicious, halal and the best.If you're in the mood for some good Malaysian food, check out this joint. Authentic taste from the kitchen.“
“Delicious Mediterranean spot with tons of food options for all types of diets! Clean restaurant with friendly service and plenty of seating. The chicken shawarma was juicy, tender, and flavorful. They serve the best falafel I’ve had with a nice crunch on the outside while still being moist with good flavor (not dry like most falafel). The chickpea chiller was surprisingly good. Worth giving it a shot to see if it’s your thing. The rugelach and baclava were a sweet ending to the meal! Definitely recommend this place for fun flavors, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere.“
“When the restaurant has on display one of my core values "Let food be thy medicine"....and medicine be thy food! When the entire menu is 100% vegan, gluten free and organic... heaven! Food is SO delicious and the pumpkin chai with oat was exactly what the doctor ordered on a wet rainy evening in nyc!“
“Entering Mishka transports you into another realm. The densely packed knickknacks, chandeliers, velvet upholstery, and plants instantly notify you that you have not entered a restaurant, as you supposed, but an antique shop; or possibly your grandmother's apartment. The service is phenomenal. The food, abysmal. To be fair I'm not really an eastern European food enjoyer, but some dishes were definitely not supposed to be cold. It's all made up for by the mesmerizing display. An endless stream of gold bars, stacks of cash, money spitting out of printers, diamonds cascading into a pile, and on, and on.Please visit this establishment. You will not be disappointed.“
“Me and my crew been coming here for a while . Food is good. Greens are all fresh , But what makes us come back is Maouloud , this gentleman has positive energy all the time and adds vibrance to the store, makes your ordinary salad not boring and had best suggestions.“
“Let me tell you how i found this gem. We went to Bua, very famous thai place just beside this restaurant and had very bad appetizers and decided to leave. I left a review to theirs if you wondered what happend. It was raining, saw this place just beside so walked in.Pros:Very clean.Service was quick.Food was A+++++Dude seriously me and my friend finished our plates with no discussions.Cons:Drinks can be improved. We called the food “ amma chethi vanta” in our language Telugu, which is Mom’s home food. It was that good and gave home feels.Atmosphere gavd moroccan vibes.“
“If you've been around NYC and vegetarian, you have almost definitely heard of Dirt Candy. It's the epitome of vegetarian fine dining in NYC.I will preface my review by stating that I have not grown up in the fine dining realm; there is probably some level of "appreciation" that I lack. That being said, the food here is great. Presentation, creativity, flavor experience are all on point. However, I couldn't justify the price for the food. I think if you are very curious and want to knock it off your bucket list OR you are someone into fine dining then this is perfect. Otherwise, there are restaurants that I think you get much better bang for your buck for in NYC.“
