Taking a bite from Wah Fung's roasted pork and duck rice plate quite literally changed my life. I had never had something so delicious, fresh, and perfectly spiced and sauced. I came to Wah Fung on a Wednesday afternoon while doing an NYC Chinatown food crawl. I was slightly scared when I arrived and there was a line out the door. Well worth the wait! Had the crispy succulent roasted pig with duck on rice and a side of their honey roasted boneless spare ribs! The plates were gone within 7 minutes before I was off to the highway!
