Dear Jersey Mike's, I'M SORRY!I ordered a sandwich online for pickup on a Friday at lunchtime. When I came in I immediately saw that you were absolutely SLAMMED!!! Had a truly pleasant experience here. The guy who took my order and also made the sandwich was professional, polite, checked to make sure I was certain of order and said goodbye is a way that I felt good walking out. His service alone would make me want to revisit this location!
