Sometime's I struggle with if I even want to write reviews for places like Auntie Anne's, but food is food and the world needs to know my terrible opinion on all things food. I made a quick stop at this Auntie Anne's while making my way through the outlets and needed a snack. Most of the places in the food court were much busier so I took the short route and got some pretzel bites. They had 1 person working and it was clear she was stressed out. They were almost out of all the pretzels, so I got salted pretzel bites which I normally don't get. You could tell they had been sitting for a while they were stale tasting and full of grease.

I was hoping to see both locations represented here in the outlet as they have completely opposite service and it makes it difficult to review this. I don't want to take away from the "good" location but it's impossible to turn a blind eye. Let me elaborate.
