I can't tell you how many times I've showed up there at 9p.m when they close at 11p.m. for them to tell me that their fryers are down or have no chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back here.
Terrible customer service .I had a manager yell at me to know the name my mobile order is under.I told her to calm down and she’s got even more upset. I ask for ketchup and plates; she then shuts the window and walks away standing in the back . I had asked her name ; she didn’t answer.Long story short; this store needs new management because this person claimed to manager for this kfc; in Niagara Falls New York .On top of all this my order was wrong. Came here to grab something to eat while visiting the USA from Canada and the food is terrible. No flavour at all. They don’t have a big menu unlike in Canada where there’s a huge menu with so many different kinds of options. If you are coming here from Canada you’re better off crossing back over the border and getting KFC from Canada.
