We had to catch a quick lunch during our trip to Niagara and we chanced upon the Dosa Hut. Although the long lines looked discouraging, we still went for it. We did not regret. The Dosa Hut food truck is in a cramped space on the intersection of two very busy roads. I like Indian food and consider it a good sign that many Indians (including a couple that drove up) ate here. I was pleasantly surprised by the combo plate & generous portions. The tea is also delicious. The naan is good, tho not the best (I think I like it a little oilier). The weather was perfect for eating outside. I would eat there again.

I ate a Chicken Tender burger and all i can say that its one one of the most delicious burger thats ive ever eaten. It had the sauce, the chicken was cooked crispy and perfectly and the fries were also good. 10/10 Food truck! DELICIOUS
