I got the peanut butter cups donut which was recommended to me by the very nice young man in the window and I enjoyed every single bite of it. My only complaint is the donut was gone too fast! The area is lovely obviously with the Falls being so close but the only reason I give the atmosphere a lower score is because of the multiple homeless gentleman asking me for money and the inconsiderate tourists leaving their mess behind.
I wish I would have found this place sooner on our trip. We found it last morning for a quick bite and coffee and were very excited about it! I had a BLT breakfast bagel and a ice coffee with vanilla and it was so good. The sandwich was great and it came out super quick. My wife had an everything bagel with cream cheese. I would have gone there every morning had we known. It’s not the easiest to find but so worth it if you do.
Everything is great about Mackinali’s!! The sausage breakfast sandwich to every sandwich on the menu is delicious. However, the donuts cannot be beat. They are made fresh and you can personalize to your liking.
