Amazing gluten free chicken!!!!!We ordered almost everything on the menu! Chicken bowl, grilled corn, grilled pineapple, and fries. It was all delicious but the chicken is amazing!!!!!The chicken was seasoned so well and tender. Not over cooked but perfect!! The grilled pineapple was so good, but a little hard to eat. -1 star for botched rice. Hard-undercooked. Otherwise, pretty good grub here. My first time trying peri peri chicken and it was mighty flavorful and tender. I like the spiciness! I may need to seek out peri peri chicken spots now. Grilled pineapple was tasty as well; perfectly ripe and charred. Prices weren't bad at all either for what the food was (maybe I'm just used to overpriced meh-quality food trucks in Cali). We found this truck at the Peach Festival in Lewiston. We ordered the grilled pineapple. Yum...then went back for the fries with the parmesan cheese, peri peri mayo & fresh cilantro...both were absolutely scrumptious! ? The girl at the window taking the orders was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
