The bread was really good and it was toasted to perfection.The sandwich comes with regular ruffles style chips.It’s a small place with only 2-3 people working so the wait was a little long for just a sandwich. I was a bit frustrated by how long it took them to take my order and then again how long it took to make the sandwich (probably 5-7 min waiting to have the order taken and then at least 10-15 min to make it) but the family is so kind and the customer service made up for it. They also have house made hot sauce that will burn your lips lol I liked the peach habanero oneThe açai bowls also look like they are delicious.I’d like to come back and try another sandwich or an açai bowl in the future.“
“I grew up on Viola steak and cheese subs. Every time I come to visit, this is the first stop as I cross the grand island bridge into the Falls.Treated the wife and stepson to a cheese steak, and they both stated "this is the best cheese steak I've ever had!" It was so good as always. Currently the inside seating area is under renovations, so it is only takeaway service at the side window, and cash only.“

“Viola’s is a mom and pop shop where the majority of customers order for take out. I am a dedicated customer who comes here specifically for their steak and cheese sub which is a taste of my childhood and a must get for my family and I whenever we are in the area.Yes, the size is small in comparison to other sub shops but it’s the classic Viola’s FLAVOUR that has me hooked.I’ve tried other subs from a variety of other locations in the NF and Buffalo region and they might be bigger and have more steak but I always come back to Viola’s.I’ve never tried any other sub from Viola’s in my 50 years so I can’t provide an opinion on anything else…. And in all likelihood won’t lol“
“This place was very clean and neat we feel right at home right as soon as it came in the waitress was outstanding super nice super attentive and taking care of us Love the TV to be able to see different sports everywhere The food was very very good cannot take too long to get to us bathroom for even clean decent pricing on everything I definitely will return here if I'm back I would recommend it to anyone to go to“
“The perfect place to get breakfast sandwiches. I was very impressed with the variety of sandwiches they offer. I wanted to order a few of their lunch sandwiches, but at the time of my visit (10a). Lunch options don’t start until 11a, but I will be back for those sandwiches. I did order two breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. If you’re into coffee, there’s many options you can choose from. You can also enjoy sitting in the huge dining area to enjoy your food/drink.Pastrami, egg and cheese- you get a choice of bagel, then comes a mount of pastrami, finished off with cheese and a fried egg. Loved everything about this sandwichThe Manhattan- Again you have a choice of bagel. Fried egg, and cheese. This sandwich was good, and I really enjoyed the softness of the bagel.“
