We’ve eaten here in the past but we won’t be back. Ordered very minimal amount of food… lo mein, fried rice, steamed dumplings and crab Rangoons. We were told 25 mins. At 40 mins we asked what was going on and they hadn’t even finished our order and kept saying one minute. Granted they were super busy.but we saw mistake after mistake. People missing food. Most of all it was the lady at the counter welcomed you w/ a smile (which i find RARE when Im in NYC) for me. I come from the DMV (VA) where etiquette and the customer service expectation is high!!The atmosphere is clean, i put 3 star only because its a carry out- nothing special, BUT relatively speaking 4/5 for sure!!!Now to the food... mm-mm good! No complaints. I'm critical with my Chinese carry outs, but this will definitely be one of my regular's... SAVING!!!
