“My Wife and I were looking for a new spot to go to that we haven't been before. We think we found it. It was very quaint sat in the back corner a large party came in which made it a little less “” quiet “but nothing the restaurant could do about that, we really had a nice time and our server was extremely friendly and didn't rush us at all. We don't get out often without our kids so we wanted to take our time and have a nice night. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back.“
“I would like to thank waitress Jackie and manager Jill at the Patchogue Applebee's for their kindness and understanding when my companions meal was unsatisfactory to her. She just about had a meltdown when the Chicken Tacos were too spicy and her steak was overdone. They were both very kind and helpful to her and tried to rectify the issues by giving her another steak cooked to her specifications. I truly appreciate them. MY meal was just perfect! “I had my 60th Birthday party at Baja Boathouse. We planned it back when it was Off Key Tiki but the new owners went far above and beyond my expectations for this event. My wife did an amazing job of planning and follow-up up with the Baja Boathouse team who worked so hard to make this special.We had about 60 people - we had it on the elevated deck outside. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and all the folks at Baja Boathouse, especially Alex and her team made this such a memorable event. They worked their butts off and everything they did turned out absolutely wonderful. Weeks later people are still telling me how great of a party this was.We started the party with an unlimited bar package and passed trays of Hors d'oeuvres; then opted for and the Clam Bake option and added some meat & chicken skewers. The food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. The entire vibe was outstanding, and it was so not-your-usual party.I would do this again in a heartbeat. The regular dining menu is quite varied and the food is outstanding.Baja Boathouse is a great place to go for a lunch or diner, but if you are having any kind of a party this IS the place you want to do it. “These guys have really good burgers. A nice patty-probably flat-top cooked (so it's not charred). Enough toppings for the price, and the bacon isn't that cheap pre-cooked nonsense. The staff is always friendly here, so that's a definite plus. I don't drink so I'll only comment on their delicious food.“
