I have never had a bad experience at Cheesecake Factory until last Friday. To start, we had 3 different waiters/waitresses throughout the whole 1.5 hours we were there. I've never had more than one waiter at any restaurant I've gone to. The food was not great. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban and the meat was chewy. My food (chicken chili) looked like it had been sitting for a while as it had a film over the top of it. Lastly, we weren't given napkins until we asked for them. My boyfriend also asked for more ketchup than the small cup he was given, and he was basically questioned as to if the small amount was not enough.I am disappointed because Cheesecake Factory used to exceed my expectations for a chain restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and will stick to local establishments.

I love the Cheesecake Factory but never had a problem till recently .. server smelled like straight alcohol and was all over the place. The butter had a hair in it and was frozen and the server kept forgetting bread and my drink took forever to get to me prolly 20 min because she forgot about it and she ask if I wanted my check before we even received our food and forgot all about the appetizer till I asked about. When the entrée finally came the food was cold.not saying it was the restaurant it was the server.. very upset

Signed up for the rewards program and they gave me a free piece of cheesecake with a purchase. So I went and buy a piece of cheesecake To get another piece free and the best part was that they charged me for the least expensive one, as opposed for the most expensive oneThat's not normally how they do it. But that's just great. I love that cheesecake factory
We went to Cheesecake Factory with a lot of expectations based on the reviews. Unfortunately, two of the four orders that we placed were not prepared as we had specified. The meat in the 'Shepherd's pie' was burnt and bitter. Even the presentation of the dishes was below average. The manager did apologize for the mistakes and canceled both orders. Sadly, Cheesecake Factory has failed to make a good first impression on us, and we will not recommend it to anyone.

The drink I got was the peach alcohol drink it taste very good. The cheesecake was good. I got the vanilla bean but the service was really bad. The server kept on coming out literally every two minutes and interrupting me and my date , and the food that I got was actually really nasty. It was some kind of wraps with carrots and beans sprouts but it was really gross. I think I would’ve enjoyed the cheesecake even more if it wasn’t for the server kept coming constantly like she had nothing else to do.

I've been to Cheesecake Factory many times. We were celebrating an event however, the meal was nothing to celebrate. We both ordered salads. The chopped salad was NOT chopped, it had 5 kernals of corn and one grape tomato. The Asian salad was also a complete disappointment. There was three very small bites of chicken, a few sliced carrots and a lot of rice noodles. When speaking with our waitress, she just listened offering us NO help. We called the manager to no avail. He offered to have us order another meal...he didn't discount our meal, nor offer us a free dessert. I can assure we will NEVER go there again!
