Yams and Mac n Cheese are good. Would not recommend the greens. Awesome wings! However, they have all these wing flavors but no ranch or blue cheese dressing? I was a little disappointed with that

went here because we saw favorable reviews about the fish and that’s what we wanted. ordered 2 fish dinners with sides. the fish was so overcooked that it was like jerky. it had no moisture left and felt like it weighed an ounce. if the fish was burned by mistake there is no way they should serve that to anyone. the only reason i rated it 2 stars is the sides were ok. needless to say we will not recommend this place are eat there again.

The food was disgusting ? and they give you a small portion for 16.50 don't waste your time going there the Mac and cheese tasted like someone sprinkled aspirin in it n mixed it up . The yams were worse.

Yams taste out the can, wings salty and taste like used in fish oil. Chocolate cake was moldy. Mac/cheese always burnt. If you want a quick taste for soul food this is the closest you’ll get. Overpriced and skimpy on the food.

Tried this place for the first time and everything was horrible. Never again. The Whitings were dried out, Mac was dripping oil not cheese, potato salad was more like soup salad. They charged me 5.50 for a box 2 inch piece of chocolate bunk cake. The sticky wings were ok. The collards were dry a tasteless. I spent a lot and threw it all away. I don’t ever mind spending money on good food. This was so sorry. Never again.

Their potato bowl with salmon is delicious, my family loved their wings, also great Mac n cheese and yams. Be prepared to wait a bit for the food they make a lot of it fresh, but it’s worth the wait.

We ordered two whiting meals with Mac and cheese and collard greens . The whiting was serves fresh, seasoned with a nice crisp. The Mac and cheese was loaded with cheese and rich in flavor and the greens were delicious seasoned with a very light sweet hint . We picked up the food after calling our order in . The place was clean and the staff was pleasant.We'll definitely be back.

Ordered 75 Sticky Wingz and they all came out amazing! I was introduced to Aunt Connie’s from my coworker awhile back and I drive from Hopewell Jct to Pk (60 mins total) to get to the restaurant bc that’s how delicious her food is! The wingz are dropped-in fresh, so they come out super crispy. My absolute favorite flavor for the sauce is “Sticky.” She even had me try the Henny and Mango Habanero sauce. Also very good. My favorite sides are the Collard Greens and Baked Mac n Cheese. So if you are looking for some bomb wings, go to Aunt Connie’s; best wings on the planet. ?
