Customer service is outstanding! I thought I had a problem with a product from them but it was a case of mistaken identity. Elizabeth's response to my inquiry was fast and she was very concerned there may be an issue. After a few questions, we determined it was not Nildas Desserts after all but I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. Having enjoyed their baked goods in the past I can say the quality of both their food and customer service is excellent.
I love banana bread but hate walnuts. I love that Nilda's makes banana breads without the walnut and I can find it almost any convenience store near me in Wappingers. I have been buying Nilda's for a few years now and love the fact that it hasn't lost its quality! Very delicious treats indeed!
