Went for takeout and ended up buying more things when I was there because the vibe is great and the employeees were really respectful. My favorite is the tres golpes, which they make most of the day if you are looking for a spot that has it after lunch time. They season the mangu to perfection. And get the coffee and ask for some cinnamon in it! Its delicious!
(03/01/2024 Update) : I guess different days has different chefsI usually order a "family combo" on Thursdays & Fridays, my wife and I noticed on Thursdays the family combo is more flavorful than the family combo on "Fridays", for now on, we will definitely order a family combo on

I'm all the way in my feelings missing my favorite NY food. This by far is my favorite restaurant for Latin cuisine in NY. I've sat in this spot many times and shared a meal with friends and family.
