I've been here many times and the service and food quality has been consistent every time! I told my dad to try the Huatulco Enchiladas and he said they were amazing. I finally tried something other than those myself and I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp Alambre Chilangos! The drinks are always on point and they have a very nice mezcal selection. Ruta Oaxaca never disappoints!
Visited on Valentine's Day and it was lively but not overcrowded. They had specials for the day, including a strawberry margarita with a chocolate popsicle. It was delicious! We loved our dinners and the service was great. We'll definitely be back!

These people do not have disposable utensils whatsoever! Food is good, but if people order out it is only common courtesy to provide disposable utensils. I was on my break and it was impossible to find disposable utensils. That really bothered me.
