“Well it's pretty much a cevicheria with a couple of non ceviche plates. Once got there was not aware it was a market stand all good no issues with that. I felt like the service could've been better nicer, but it is a food stand and you get that type of service. I ordered a Ceviche Mixto which was on point I do like you can put as much aji as you want. My son classic ceviche and my wife Causa she enjoyed it and so did my son. No complaints on the quality of the food. My missing star the forks and spoons, they were wood. The straw paper trying to drink a frozen drink impossible. I would return with the idea of getting something else in the other food stands.“
“My favorite Mexican seafood spot in town. Their camarones sarandeados were perfect. Their aguachile verde was from heaven with the perfect amount of heat. The fish tacos are great but everything else is much better.Kicker, I’m sober and love mocktails-the virgin michilada is by far the best I’ve ever had. All in all the staff is the cherry on top, they are attentive and friendly.Being from the Pacific Mexican community, you feel so far when in New York. For a mere moment you will find yourself on the beaches of Sinaloa. Honestly, I’m already plotting my next visit always.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to dining hall.“
“I loved Sup Thai Kitchen! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were just all an A+. The food came out really quick and they were all super delicious. The menu has so many good options to choose from and the desserts were a great way to end the meal. They have really good boba too! Definitely a new favorite!“
“The dishes at Thirty-Seven Lane are very rich and varied, and the vegetables are very fresh. The beef is recommended to be hand-cut beef. It tastes great. The crabs are still alive and delicious. The waiter Xiaokai is great. My friends and I are very happy to have the meal. Thank you San Lane 17“
“We had been planning to visit Zaab Zaab Elmhurst location for a while and finally got a chance last weekend. Their decor is cozy like home with limited tables but the wait wasn’t too bad.We heard their Thai style grilled chicken is one of the recommendations from Bib Gourmand so we had Gai Yang Vichean which came with 2 different types of Som Tum, lettuce, sauce and rice to share. The portion of the chicken was more than enough for 4. It’s a little dry but amazingly delicious to enjoy with unique sauces. It came with 2 different salads and I love the classical Som Tum Thai. One of our favorites tonight was their Kau Lau Hotpot which the ingredients were various with great portion. The broth was sweet and the meat texture was braised soft.“
“Food is good but definitely on the pricey side. Their lobster roll is good but doesn't really have that much meat for the money. The lobster roll was definitely bigger bread wise compared to some of the other lobster rolls that I've had so with bigger bread, it might give the illusion of not having much lobster. Fish and chips were okay, nothing spectacular as the fish itself didn't have much taste until you used the included sauces. Star of the show was probably the fries, but the orange sauce they included with the fish and chips (spicy mayonnaise I believe) was a nice touch.“
“Highly recommend this place. Good food and drink selection. Must try their pork belly and rose tteokboki. Also, they have a variety selection of Korean traditional, high quality, craft drinks. Cozy atmosphere allows you to have an intimate date night or great time for friends gathering. Definitely will come back here and the service was very excellent.“
“This is one of my favorite spots for Greek food in Astoria and loved getting the chance to experience it for Valentine's Day. Amylos was offering a set 5 course menu and being a foodie, I loved tasting all of it. The ambiance was also amazing, filled with balloons everywhere and the soft scent of roses lingering in the air. A romantic spot made even more so for the occasion. Highly recommend.“
“This place has great food. The service was awesome, too. Parking can be difficult to find, however. What makes this place stand out is the waterfront views you get. The food items we ordered to try here were the spinach and artichoke dip, fried chicken sandwich, and a grilled chicken wrap. Everything was excellent. The dip had great flavor. My favorite of these 3 items was the fried chicken sandwich. Loved how it was prepared. But everything we tasted we would recommend. We had a fun time hanging out here.“
“The hospitality here was amazing and the food was cooked quickly and very well. You choose your seafood, pay and get a table. They’ll bring the items, and you tell them how you want everything cooked. We brought our own wine and were offered a bucket of ice to put it in, and they always checked our table to clear empty plates or see if we needed anything else. You can pay with card but I’d suggest bringing cash for tip.“
“Adrienne's NYC is a culinary gem nestled in Broad Channel, Queens. It never fails to dazzle with food and gorgeous views of the water! The ambiance, decor, and service makes the experience unforgettable. I have had the pleasure of attending both dinners and events at Adrienne's Restaurant and it's consistently EXCELLENT EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.The menu is unique with melt in your mouth choices. One favorite: Bolognese with a rich sauce that transports you to Italy. And, save room for dessert because Colleen's cheesecake is legendary! The owners are on site and active in service. This is a true oasis so make reservations for a special occasion or an extraordinary meal; you will be satisfied from start to finish!“
“Kalye Bistro catered the food for my birthday. They were incredibly accommodating in working with me to make dishes gluten free and/or vegan. They communicated regularly and with utmost professionalism. Most importantly, my guests RAVED about the food, even a week after the party! Guests ranged from having Filipino food for the first time to guests who had it all their lives - all of them gave unsolicited praise of the delicious food. We ordered the Palabok Overload, Sotanghon, lumpia Shanghai, lechón kawali, tofu sisig, chicken sisig, and garlic fried rice. Mwah - chef’s kiss!Thank you so much to Argel and the Kalye Bistro team! Highly recommended for dining in or for catering trays.“
“Had a gathering today w approx 30 family and friends, the food from start to finish was beyond SUPERB, they truly deserve Zagat rating. The fried calamari was better than Greece stated by my sister in law who was there in September, antipasto, appetizers, fish, chicken kabob on skewers were tremendous we couldn't get enough we were licking our fingers. I personally would rate them at 10, the owner Jenny is a gem. Will be back to try their grilled Octopus.Parking: Private parking lot in back of building, not a long walk if you know how to park at least 20 cars.“
“One of the best Hunan dishes in New York. Every time I come to eat, the waiter will introduce the dishes carefully and ask how they taste during the meal. The dishes are authentic Hunan flavor. My friend from Hunan has personally certified that the fish head with chopped pepper and the stir-fried yellow beef are very authentic.“
“Food is always delicious here. My family and I have been coming here for decades for dim sum. 11:30am on the weekend is already late, so expect a wait. There were only booster seats available for kids. *BIG TIP* You'll thank me later ? There are 2 ramps. One on either side of the restaurant. No need to struggle to fold up your stroller to go up those long stairs. Once you get in, make the left and go to the front to get a seat.Parking: If you eat here you can park next door. Just get a stamp after you pay and show it. Remember to tip the valet person!“
“Love it here! My husband and I have been twice since discovering it a month ago. The food is really good. We’ve tried the curry goat, curry chicken, jerk chicken, and stew chicken so far. My favorite dish has to be the jerk chicken plantain cups. We also tried the culture clash and the rum punch which were both great drinks. The owner (Mo) is awesome, he’s such a friendly guy and we were engaged in conversation with him the whole time we were there on our first visit. He has great experiences to share if you have the time.“
“Ambiance (5/5): I loved the cute design with teapots and flowers. There's both indoor and enclosed outdoor dining. Brightly lit and open space. The tables felt spaced apart that we weren't eating on top of each other. During lunch hours on a weekend, there were only 4 tables of guests so there wasn't much noise.Service (5/5): There was more than enough wait staff to dining guest ratio that we were served by multiple individuals at lightening pace! They were very friendly and welcoming.Massamam Curry + Roti (5/5): There was so much flavor to the curry and a creaminess that complimented wonderfully with the fresh roti! I could definitely been happy to have had this dish as my main.Khao Soi (4/5) - this classic northern Thailand dish of Chiang Mai resembled the same taste profile as that of my visit. The broth was rich, blasts of flavorful, and creamy. My only qualm was the unwieldly size of the two chicken drumsticks that made it a little difficult to hold and eat. However, the drums were not completely flavored through due to the thickness. The price point to portion was immensely worth the price.Pad Kee Mao (5/5): There's a lovely kick to the dish but also dynamic flavor to it. You can definitely taste the wide range of herbs and seasonings used.I definitely plan on ordering from here again!!“
“it was pretty empty when we got there but overall it was delicious, the service is great and the workers were very kind, the place looked clean. the fish was delicious, and tastes fresh, the rice is sooo good, i think it was my favorite thing ??. overall 8/10, would visit again.“
“I went to this place yesterday evening after work, me and 2 of my colleagues. The food was great, the atmosphere was great. The service was great. One of the waiters opted to get my attention by tapping loudly on the wall next to where we were seated, when I looked up he pointed his chin toward my plate as if to ask me why wasn't I eating. I was exhausted and wanted to take the rest of my food home. I didn't like his approach: But I did love the food! ...and I will be back, with family and friends.“
“Had a great experience here with my family. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Every dish we had was so delicious, but the standout was the salted-egg yolk lobster!! MUST TRY!! Everyone kept talking about how yummy everything was, and we can't wait to go back.“
“We stopped by for dinner. The food was good, and the service was okay. We ordered the Grilled Octopus and the "Kyclades" special for two. The bread they served as a "free" item was stale. The Grilled Octopus was great! The "Kyclades" special was definitely a great choice, but I can't ignore the fact that they douse it in butter. The same thing goes for the baked potato—way too much butter. If you have to add that much butter to your dish for people to enjoy it, you're not doing it right. The servers were a bit odd, and I do mean more than one. We initially ordered the appetizer and drinks and asked for a couple of minutes to decide on the main course. A different server stopped by a minute later to ask if we were ready to order, so that was a bit off-putting. Maybe they were trying too hard... I don't know. The store manager was nice. He came by our table, introduced himself, and we had a pleasant chat about the food and the dessert drink he offered at no additional cost.Overall, a good choice. We may try their Astoria location next time.“
“In my opinion the best Indian food in the Kew Gardens area. The chicken vindaloo and garlic naan where great. My wife and I also tried the lamb biryani, which was to die for. The owner is friendly and my made our afternoon even better with his excellent and personal service.“
“My first impression of this Hot Space restaurant is their staff is very friendly and willing to answer your questions. For a first time visitor, that's definitely helpful. When we ordered the food, the waitress patiently explained what are the menu and what are the dishes they are known for. She even suggested the spiciness, and warned us the extra ingredients might ruined the perfect flavor. The restaurant prepared the food in the kitchen to maybe 95% done, and then sent the grilled fish in a tray on a stove to our table. The server told us to wait a few minutes for the flavor to fully sink in.We got the strip bass with the golden combination. The fish was grilled just right. The skin was crispy and easily separated from the meat. The meat was at an excellent tenderness. Under the fish were the golden combination ingredients we ordered. They added ample spices to create the flavor and sauce to dip the fish into. After the meal, we overheard that the restaurant doesn't do takeout. I think they want their diners to enjoy their dishes at the best quality. Takeout orders simply can't do justice.“
“This place is the spot for a perfect date night or chilling with a small group of friends. The drinks are popping and the food is really good.We order the happy hour oysters (great choice) the home made bread ( nice and warm came with 4 pieces) the slow baked salmon and the lobster roll. Everything was perfect. Definitely would come back.We paid for parking across the street and they have once bathroom (I noticed people getting up and having to wait for the one bathroom)“
“The true "when you're here you're family." They gave us complimentary feta and olives and were very accommodating with an infant! The only downside is that the patio heaters do not sufficiently heat up the area. Even with our parkas on it was cold, and we opted to sit outdoors so the bebe wouldn't disrupt indoor guests.Vegetarian options: Most Greek food is vegetarian except for the "large plates." We only ordered small plates and had plenty to eat.Kid-friendliness: There was a family birthday celebration and our infant, they were very accommodating and friendly. Other places often make children feel like an unwelcome burden/nuisance, not these folks!!“
“Love that you can serve yourself. If you mostly only eat meat at hot pot, this would not be the best choice for you. However, for those who rather eat other things (I.e. veggies, tofu, fish balls, noodles), this a is a great and affordable hot pot option for you. My favorite broth is the mala. It’s the perfect about spice! I also love the soft serve ice cream at the end!“
“I have always wanted to visit New York and try the New York Sichuan cuisine Sichuan Shanjia. Finally, I had dinner with two other friends on Tuesday and ordered their popular pork belly, mapo tofu, roast beef and dumplings! Highly recommend their pork belly, fat but not greasy. The restaurant's attentive service and amazing food quality are amazing. I hope they can provide more rich dishes and look forward to my next trip to New York!“
“I accidentally entered this store at 4 o'clock, and encountered happy hour, unlimited red willow sheep for 1 yuan per skewer, and free drinks. It was so cool! ! I also tried grilled bananas and small fat and lean beef skewers. The secret beef skewers were delicious. The grilled bananas were surprisingly delicious.“
“I have nothing bad to say. The drinks 10/10. The vibes 10/10. We tried the plantain appetizer it was okay 7/10. The sushi platter was delicious as well. We would highly recommend this spot for date night. Music was good too! Our waitress was also so sweet. We came on a Tuesday it wasn’t busy but the waitresses were still great and knowledgeable!“
“Found my new favorite Thai restaurant. This is hands down the best Thai food ever! We ordered the Tofu Pad Thai, Tom Kha Soup, Chicken Satay, Snapper, Crabmeat Fried Rice and Thai Iced Tea. So delicious! Not only was the food amazing but the service was also amazing. Our server Jack was very attentive. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be returning soon to try other dishes!“
“I have not even tasted the food yet. But I ordered my food online and went to pick it up, and they did not get the order. I am on a business trip so I was not in any rush. They seated me at a table while I waited and began to bring samples out to me as a sign of customer service mistake. I was blown away by this. Awesome customer service.“
“The salads were crisp and refreshing complement. The soups, a comforting highlight, added warmth to the dining experience. A good spot to dine with friends on a casual night. Super friendly servers who were attentive but not overbearing ? The steamed egg was *chef's kisses*“
“10’s across the board!! Family-friendly vibe for sure. My sister, my toddler and I dined here and we were greeted at the door by a gentleman of the restaurant who helped us bring in our stroller as it was cold and rainy outside! He was also quick to help us find an area to park the stroller as we sat and ate. The seafood is all fresh. You select which item you want and how you want it cooked. We had grilled shrimp, fried shrimp and calamari, the eggplant, the baba ganoush, scallops and the salad! Everything was all so good! Definitely worth more visits :-) Gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because the place is small, but it’s NY so hey!“
“We picked up take- outAnd came home with:Green Curry with Vermicelli & chicken superb!Massamun Curry with Roti & tofu excellent!Sautéed String Bean & Eggplant (V) great!Bamee Moo Dang Moo Krob (prepared well, but not going to be a favorite). We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Massaman Curry with roti & tofu is super.Sautéed String Bean & Eggplant (V) great!“
“A hidden gem for amazing Korean food! This restaurant is cozy and narrow with decently priced food. There isn't too much seating though - about five 4-seat tables and three 2-seaters. The chairs were kinda uncomfortable, and the cushion wouldn't really stay in place. There also wasn't much space at the smaller table for all the food and side dishes, so it was very cramped.Aside from the poor furniture choices, the food was well worth the discomfort. First, there's a simple QR code to scan for the menu. The menu is simple and each dish has a corresponding photo. The special combo was very worth it, as it came with two dishes.I got the 'Bulgogi or Spicy Pork + Tofu Stew' set. The tofu stew was incredible. The broth was so flavorful and addicting. Plus, it came with lots of ingredients - tofu, mushrooms, egg, and kelp (?). The bulgogi was also very flavorful and sweet. It came out on a sizzling plate so make sure you let it cool down a bit.And ofc, every Korean restaurant has unlimited banchan (side dishes). Normally I only like one or two at other restaurants but l liked every single side dish that I literally cleaned up the plate.“
“Came by for an early dinner on a Saturday night. This place is a little outside the busy main Astoria area. The outside looks very minimalistic you wouldn't know it's Peruvian just passing by. From the drinks to the entree, everything was tasty and portioned well although slightly on the pricier side. One cocktail, fruit drink, arepa small dish, ceviche mixto, and entree came out to $100 after tip.“
“Had a birthday celebration for a party of 8. The reservation, table and service was excellent. Highly recommend it. Be prepared to order the minute your waiter comes by as it gets quite busy and it may take a while to get your entrees.Vegetarian options: Grilled tomatoes are delicious“
“Came here for the 18-course omakase. At first, I was concerned that it would be too much… how could I have 18 courses? Would I be too full? Too gluttonous?Luckily, each of the courses (a piece of sushi) was small and I was not too full by the end of the meal. There were delicious pieces and each were unique on their own - too many pieces to name. Some were just okay - none I disliked. The price was fair for the quality and the experience.I paired the meal with a bottle of sake - the limited sake list had a variety of styles and prices.Finished the meal with a yuzu cheesecake and that was a fine ending!“
“The service at Villaggio's was great! The staff are very accommodating and always working in harmony. The Rigatoni with Burrata and a Marinara Sauce was delicious & my favorite dish. My husband had the Garlic Shrimp with Capellini, Garlic and Oil, which he loved! Thank you Dominick, Bobby, Angela and Staff for making us feel like Family.“
“The food was excellent, Greek, the souvlaki were not exactly on a stick but had a very Greek taste. I liked it, similar to in Europe. The prices are higher, which I found surprising, that they call chicken gyros a kebab. I wonder how the Greeks feel about it, as it seems strange to me too.“
“Very good food and always point on. Highly recommend there ribs on hot plate. General Tso is out of the world delish. Waiter always has very good recommendation. Service is excellent. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Excellent leafy greens bean seedling sauteed in garlicParking: Never had parking issues and been there 3 times in Wednesday Saturday and Sunday“
“Amazing Filipino restaurant in Queens. We ordered tapsilog, tocilog, batangas style lomi and ube coconut bar. They were delicious and very affordable. We also ordered bangsilog to go. THE UBE COCONUT BAR IS SOOOOOO GOOD! Will definitely come back and try the other food on the menu and the ube coconut bar again!!!“
“Ordered delivery, guy on the phone was super nice, customized my whole order, delivery guy called in advance, followed my directions. Appreciate that. Food came and was looking fresh!!! ? And ? food was amazing. Really really yummy ? it looks good in the pics and it tastes good... A1 BURGER NEEDS FRESH ONION though ?. Sides are amazing as well. Will definitely be a customer again.“
“My favorite gluten-free spot. The food is delicious and seasonal, so you know you're getting the best ingredients. They also make some mean cocktails. Well worth an evening out with friends.Dietary restrictions: Gluten, shellfish, peanuts“
“Chang Pai Restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a diverse menu of authentic Asian cuisine. Manager Momotha ensures top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is attentive. Whether you're craving traditional Thai dishes or exploring new flavors, Chang Pai is a must-visit dining destination.“
“I have been to this place several times now and after the first time that I came I will always bring a new friend. I really like this place because first off the atmosphere is banging. It's very beautiful with its futuristic vibe and ocean theme, its magic video walls constantly provide a diverse feast for the eyes. The food and cocktails are wonderful and I love the karaoke! I can't wait to sing to you.“
“Meet the meat is an amazing place for a delicious dinner. You could be here for an hour or hours. The food here is all delicious and delectable. Meet the meat has a wonderful ambience and fun amazing service I 110% recommend this place the hashbrowns are amaze balls.“
“Really thankful to have this spot within delivery distance of me! Their miso soup has a rich flavor and they have a 2-4-1 special which means I have leftovers for the next day. Their steamed pork buns are small but tasty. Their sushi rolls have been fresh every time!“
“I normally love this restaurant. Last night, though, was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the special salmon, and it was not as fresh as it should've been, having a little bit of a fishy taste. The lady who took our order and recite the menu was exceptional. However, the rest of the service staff was a little disappointing. Hence four stars. I know my other guests very much enjoyed the shrimp entrée that's on the menu.“
“It is a perfect place in every way from the service, to how the place looks, the food is FABULOUS and fresh. One of the best seafood in the area. They have a special lunch Monday to Friday, the prices are very convenient, the portions in everything are a good size and the drinks are very delicious.“
