“Stopped in here during a long road trip from Stowe VT to Harrisburg PA. Previous outstanding reviews are spot on...this place is EXCELLENT! We all had the Smokin' Pig sandwich... YUMMY!!! The meat was flavored so good without having to be smothered with BBQ sauce. It had the perfect amount of sauce. Our sides of cole slaw and baked beans were also EXCELLENT! The gentleman who took our order was super nice and provided great service. We will certainly be back our next trip through.”

“No matter how busy they are, you are always greeted with a smile. Your order is taken quickly and the wait time is minimal. We ALWAYS place huge orders, when family comes to Ravena to visit (over $100) and no matter what we order, the food is piping hot & delicious. We have some food allergies and a family member with Asperger Syndrome (Autism) who will not eat certain foods and EVERYTIME they are willing to accommodate our order by adding/subtracting ingredients to fit their request. Here's an example: This person wanted fried rice with no onions, vegetables or eggs (basically rice that is in their special sauce/seasonings) and without any problems, it was cooked just as requested... with a smile! We LOVE the family that runs this place and have come here for years without once being disappointed in any item we have ordered. Even when we are being "adventurous" and try items from the menu that we've never tried before, we ALWAYS receive the same high quality meal, with fresh ingredients. Lately, we've been ordering extra (Like the awesome chicken & broccoli) and freezing it so we can have it when that "craving hits" when the restaurant isn't open. I know this is a long comment, but there are not enough good things I can say about this restaurant. Even though there are several other Chinese Restaurants within 10 miles of our home (at least 9 other establishments between Delmar and Glenmont to the north and Coxsackie to the south) China King is the ONLY one we patronize. They are THAT good!Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options and, as said above, are willing to adjust their regular menu items, to meet any and all requests.Parking: The restaurant is located in the Faith Plaza shopping center with a huge, free parking lot available for use.Dietary restrictions: As mentioned above, we have family members who cannot/will not eat certain foods and they will adjust their menu item to exactly meet your order requests... no matter how busy they are.”

“Wow! Most Chinese takeout is all the same. But whatever these guys are doing has kicked out up a notch. The chicken was hot and crispy yet tender, the sauces were flavorful, crab Rangoon were excellent! Well done. It looks like there might be a couple tables to sit at, but the atmosphere is takeout friendly. There is only street parking.”

“Ordered the Tuna sub. There was only 1 person working that night. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. Then, the Tuna had so much mayo, it was not good. Usually the Tuna is fantastic. Very disappointing evening considering the price of food.”

“I would give 100 stars if I could! I go here at least once a week sometimes more. Such a large variety and excellent quality ingredients! One of my favorites is the turkey cranberry Panini. Where else can you get turkey cooked right there in their own oven. I do not like deli meat, which is one of the reasons why I come here! Everything is so fresh and cooked right there. My husband and I get their salads once a week and this says a lot because my husband is not a salad person. He likes the Italian mix salad because it’s everything he would get on a sub without the bread. I would list everything I like here but this review would be pages long. I read some of these other reviews and wonder what planet these individuals are from because anyone giving a negative review is either at a different place or has nothing else better to do than write fake complaints. During Covid this was the only place I would eat because it was that clean! The owner truly cares as does the entire staff! Aside of excellent quality food, this is the only establishment I know that gives back to the community in every way possible. Keep doing what you’re doing guys! We love you!”

“Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Got a beer flight, house made hummus and the smokey grilled cheese. The grilled cheese had ham and mustard and was perfectly paired with smoked scamorza cheese on sourdough.”

“Stopped in for lunch. I am from outta state and wasn't expecting much, they blew me away the service was so wonderful very friendly and very good at there job. The prices are amazing (especially considering it's in NY where everything is overpriced) They have a huge menu with all the normal comfort foods but also have some things that's unique. I actually ordered Meatloaf Parm not only had I never tried it before but had never heard of it before. It was amazing and you get huge portions with a soup or salad . I recommend this place100%”

“Food always consists of plentiful portions served relatively fast. Great for families with kids. Service is pleasant...and there are great views of the Kinderhook creek from the back section. Can be a little noisy at prime meal times when it's crowded- hard on hearing aids...or those with hearing issues. (Off times are much quieter)”

“To start off the atmosphere is very refreshing and upbeat. It also is very clean. I got the soft shell crab to start with and it was a great portion on top of being delicious. I also got the 3 fish sushi tacos and let me tell you, I am a sushi connoisseur and they were delightful. The tortillas were the perfect thinness and the flavors popped in the tacos. It was honestly everything I could want or except in a raw taco. Owner was very nice and enjoyed our conversation. I totally recommend this place!”

Tough foraging at a deli when you are allergic to all pig product and gluten as well. They surprised me by having GF bread and were quick to make up a fantastic sandwich for me.
