This is a cozy mom and pop spot. I came here because I was craving Japanese curry on a Saturday and was welcomed by two kids and the dad would wait on me. The kids were watching a cartoon on television and it made the setting wholesome and cozy. This is an average Chinese-run Japanese place. Decor wise, the place is on the plain side. It was also empty inside but they seemed to get most of their business from deliveries anyway. We had a miso ramen and also a shoya ramen. The portion sizes of both bowls were fairly large. This is our fave resto in our neighborhood!! Third time here and always a pleasant experience. The food is great and we liked that it is run by family where everyone is involved including the kids, felt like home! Our fave food is stir fry udon noodle shrimp and chicken!
