Walked past this establishment for the first time in a minute and saw they were closed. Tbh, thank goodness. I worked here while in college. While the sushi here seemed great, behind the scenes the owner made working there unsuitable for the 21st century. Behind the back wall the area is practically one big fire hazzard, with water boilers he let his kids play with unsupervised. I'm saying, I was regularly told his opinion on everyone of my female colleagues body's and what he thought they could do with them, or what he would do to them; I walked out after many days of abuse and finally being scolded for throwing away bubble tea lid cups that had fallen on the dirty ground (instead of serving them). It goes on. The worst was when he used the word, 'gorilla,' to describe to me a mother of color who he witnessed correcting her child. For a long time I didn't post anything because he has a wonderful family (a hardworking wife who is too good for him and always made up for his in appropriate brutishness) and I didn't want to possibly jeopardize their wellbeing because of him. But it seems I didn't have to do anything for this establishments model to fail. I wish I had spoke up sooner. Now you all know for if it ever opens. And if you ever buy shrimp sashimi, know that each of those shrimp pieces cost the owner around $.30.

Got all worked up to get a tea for my wife. Go there significantly before closing just to realize the place is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Not even a notice stating when exactly they'll be back in business. SMH.

This is a great place to go for fresh sushi. The staff is very polite, although it is easy to confuse them. The sushi is also very affordable, with rolls starting at $6 and specialty rolls priced at around $14. Many of their drinks are made from instant mixes and contain cane sugar that can not be taken out, although they do have honey available as a substitute for the sugars that they can control. Orders are typically done in 15 min or up to 25 in my experience on a busy day. Indoor seating is now available and tips made when getting it to go, must be vocalized and added in before they read your card.

When I ordered drinks via online and they state 30 mins to get ready for me to pick up. When I came to Bubble Fusion and I saw none of my orders are ready!!! I had to wait for at least 20 mins before I get my orders to be picked up. People there are nice which is a positive on this side. However, I would be appreciated if orders are ready before we come to pick up. It was a big disappointment to me. My boyfriend's drink was extreme thick that he could not enjoy his drink. I think it could be the last minute to make the drink. My drink was not bad, but it is not very tasty like I normally had from different place. Therefore, I give a star for positive about people being friendly but the rest of things I am very disappointed. I hope Bubble Fusion will consider and try to improve their customer service and food service.

Th sushi is good. I dont know what happened but the mango and kumquat lemon bubble tea taste like way too much bergamont or something. Almost taste like how I think detergent would taste. Cant even drink it.

Good service, not cheap. The teas are not bad, customizable and seems like they are made with good ingredients, not just powder. Sushi here is $14 a roll. The nigiri's are around $6 for two pieces. Not sure why the nigiri's are shaped like a ball instead of a long piece of rice. A classy place, high ceiling, feels like a coffee house and soft jazzy music.

A favorite spot for my wife and I. Love their drinks, some of the best quality boba we've had around town. And the sushi is delicious, so far the best we've had in Rochester, and super affordable.
