My daughter likes this location because so far they're the only ones who get her coffee right? It's a miracle when she doesn't need to go back in and HAVE to ask them to remake it? A few years ago she worked at D&D(and was excellent at her job. U know ur doing something right when customers ask for "U" to make their food and drinks, but also because ur sweet/respectful towards them) and she definitely knows when not enough caramel or sugar have been added to her coffee.....but...read full review

I had come out to Rochester for a summer internship, and we chose this location to eat breakfast every morning for about 2 weeks. The food really wasn't emaculant, but I was trying to keep my expenses down. The people inside were very kind and the service and food were quick. Managed to get a free donut on national donut day, I don't know if it's because they liked me or not, but it definitely made my day. I went to this location today ( 3/02/23) around 11:50am. I ordered plain bagel bites with a small frozen chocolate and then I asked the lady to warm them up because I have gotten cold bagel bites in the past ( reasonable request) which she said she could do. When I got to the window and got the food, the bites were cold, so I asked if someone could just warm them up and wow! The manager started screaming about how they are supposed to be cold, and how I'll complain about the bites...read full review
