Havana Moe is my go-to cigar lounge in Rochester. Moe and wife Carmen make everyone feel special and welcomed. The humidor is small and limited and will get by you by in a pinch, but I always bring my own. The bar is full and fantastic and wait staff does a great job of keeping up with demand. Seating is comfortable but somewhat limited and can fill up quickly. In the summer months they bring tables and chairs outside which is just fantastic. Small but excellent. It's a true cocktail bar. And not in a trendy way. But a genuine old school way. They have cigars but a smaller collection. Mainly the cigar thing is an excuse to allow smoking (it's been here forever thus grandfathered into allowing smoking indoors). Cigars are still good though. Music selection is banging in an old school way. Bar tender knows her stuff too. Damn fine place.

Came in to visit during a trip from California. Carmen was behind the bar and very helpful in selecting, cutting, lighting, and making sure my drink was full. Prices were fair all around. Cigars were marked up no more than the drinks, and both were a fair amount to run a business without being crazy.She was also helpful in alerting me to festival that night that I actually went to after dinner.The fellow smokers were all pleasant and it was easy to chat with strangers near you....read full review
