Stayed at the Doubltree with allot of pizza options but chose Marks Pizzeria and was not disappointed. The pizza was awesome to include a solid amount of ingredients. While the price maybe slightly higher than the others, the service and quality simply outweighed any other pizza I have had anywhere in years. Truly the best pizza and ingredients and would highly recommend them for anyone local or anyone here on business and or group events.

Ordered delivery 3 hours before I needed it for my lunch at 11am. Almost $100 worth of pizza and wings including delivery and tip and it was over a half hour late. Called twice to find out status and they said they had another delivery at the same time--I guess it was in Buffalo! Definitely my last attempt at the Henrietta location.

Called over an hour before closing to place an order. Was put on hold for 10 minutes tried calling back and their lines were “too busy” and kept getting denied. Finally got through and they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. 40 minutes before they closed. I’ve never recieved service from a pizza place like this before. It felt more deliberate and on purpose so they didn’t have to make anymore orders…. I know when businesses start to dwindle is from service not wanting to do their jobs! If ordering a pizza make sure it’s 2 hours before 9pm…

I swear I could live on this pizza. I know just regular pizza, but it is delicious. Love the crust sauce, etc. Always swamped, so usually have to wait for slices even during lunch. They could do better at being prepared.

We love marks Pizza and have been getting it from this location for several years. I know the management is all different as well as employees but when I order a pizza and stress the fact 3 times I WANT IT THICK, I would hope that would get passed along. Very disappointed. I wouldn't even eat it. And was so looking forward to a good pizza

I had a large thin crust pie with mushroom topping, and a 16 piece ravioli in marinara. Both were great. The pizza crust, sauce & cheese were delish, and there was a ton of cheese on the baked ravioli. I ordered for pickup on the web, and when I got there it was hot and ready.
