You are better off going to Henrietta or driving to Monroe for Sol Burrito (always a better choice anyway). When we were there the restaurant was filthy, they had no beans, there was cross contamination everywhere. The tortillas were dry to tasteless. The tofu was cold and undercooked. We didn't even finish our food, we are half of it and left. This wasn't or first poor experience with this location either so we won't be coming back.

Every single time I order from them, something is wrong. Every time. I wouldn't suggest ordering from here if you want what you ask for. Half the time it's completely inedible whether it's burnt, over salted, or cold. Sometimes whole meal elements are missing. Just don't risk it.

Worst Moe's experience ever! Save your money and time and go literally anywhere but here. I am appalled by the service I just received. The server was incredibly rude and completely ignored our presence for several minutes. When she finally decided to actually do her job and pay attention to the customers, she took her sweet time and could not care less that there was a line starting to form. The food was horrendous as well and the rice wasn't even cooked all the way. The atmosphere of the restaurant was incredibly depressing and I wish I walked out and left.

They were pretty good. I was just disappointed they didn't have hot salsa. But other than that ?

I use to love coming here, but they changed there food and staff and both are just terrible. The new chicken is disgusting, and the new crew is just rude .

This place was so disgusting I should have just walked out the door. The staff were unprofessional and not adhering to NYS COVID regulations. Most staff had their masks down around their chins. My steak stack was burnt to a crisp by the time they finally got it off the griddle. One of the employees repeatedly bashed his head against the kitchen door to open the doors. Not a great experience ?

I was pleasantly surprised the other day when i stopped here for take out the large amount of food that was in my burrito. Both girls working there were very pleasant and helpful. I usually go to the Moe’s on jefferson road and they are so skimpy on how much food they put in your burrito i stopped going there.

Staffed by total incompetents. Ordered a quesadilla through the website and it was missing HALF of the ingredients I selected. On top of that, I was entitled to 4 bags of chips (because I ordered 4 items) and how many bags did they try to give me? Just 1. Cheapskates.

Went to order at 11:05 and the door was locked, the woman inside saw me and walked away. When I called they said some equipment had issues in the morning, and they need a some time to adjust it. I tell her I’m catching a plane out so I need to know how much time and then she reiterates ha equipment broke. I don’t mind waiting but I needed a time frame so I explain this and reiterate the question kindly. She finally tells me 2-5 minutes so I am currently waiting to see if the doors will be opened and I can place my order... I hope I can get some of that awesome queso before I have to fly out I would be devastated not to D:Update!: they let me in and were very polite about getting me set up ? yaaay

I had dinner here yesterday. The homewrecker was good but the chips they gave me weren’t even fully cooked. They literally were just covered in grease like they threw then in the fryer for 10 seconds and pulled them out. Disappointing ?

I walked into this establishment with gratitude. But after about 20 seconds I noticed something different about this Moe's in particular; not a single employee said "welcome to Moe's." After coming upon my observations, I quickly walked out humiliated. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat here, 1/5.

Went in for a quick lunch - it took quite awhile for them to acknowledge my existence at the counter. The guy behind the counter made me "2" of the meal. Like what? I get to cash out and he yells to her- oh she's got 2 quesadillas. I said "no I have 1." I get the eye all around as if I ordered 2 and changed my mind. Um. Really weird -I won't go back to this location. Plus I waited really really long time even tho I was the only one in line. Food was meh.

If I could, zero stars. Honestly- I’m at a loss. The order that my partner put in for pickup was disappointing not once, but twice. When I got home from picking it up the first time, almost half if not most of the toppings were either missing, or simple a garnish. Imagine a bed of rice with a pinch of steak bits and two singular leaves of cilantro. I took the order back and expressed my dissatisfaction, and they re-made my order. Based on what was handed to me I can’t justify spending what the food they gave me cost. All I could think of on my (now second) drive back home was “how is this acceptable?” On the stretch of road where this location is situated, there are multiple options in dining for me to choose from- one being your direct competitor. My takeaway from tonight’s show is that I should choose differently in the future. Train your employees, and MAKE THEM WEAR A MASK.
