The only thing I'd change is the music is always loud. Other than that the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. They remodeled and it's so clean and even has outdoor seating.

I felt like I hit the lotto when I saw this place and pulled in for a closer look. I've been there several times over a month. Best Mexican food in Rochester. Found out they have three locations and I see why. Street Tacos omg. Chix/shrimp w sauces and sides off menu blew my mind, who are these people ! Lol. Runs like clock work when really busy with happy employees with no bad attitudes anywhere to be found. Presentations are amazing. Kitchen is run with serenity and good taste and excellence to quality and perfection and I am the pickiest foodie in town. If I have 4 million views on my photos on Google Maps and they read this I suggest everyone stop by and enjoy these magically chefs out. Peace. We had 5 for lunch. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed even though it wasn’t busy. 2 dishes came out, the other 3 were 10 minutes later. All were like warm. Menu is fairly basic and predictable. Food was tasty as well as the margaritas.

$50 for 2 drinks and 2 small plates. My wife liked her burrito but the rice and beans where all not fresh and tasted like nothing. Our one flour tortilla was so stale our kid had to bite it and use 2 hands to rip off a piece. Service was initially very slow. All in all, no redeeming qualities to this place. It's extremely overpriced and half of what you get is just bland rice and beans.

My family and I ordered take out and those who ordered meals with chicken got food poisoning, those who did not were fine. When we called the next day to let them know what had happened, the individual on the phone, pretty much called us a liar and stated there was nothing they would do about it due to no one else calling in. This is horrible customer service. We have recently found out it is not uncommon and the Webster location is also known for food poisoning incidents. We did call the Board of Health due to Monte Alban's lackadaisical response. We have lived in this area for years, support locally first and were frequent customers of Monte Alban since they originally opened in Irondequoit. We will not be going back and advising others not to visit.
