I was recently in Rochester for a music video shoot and before heading back home to ithaca we looked for a place to eat. Wanting something different we heard about a few Jamaican restaurants so after heading to one that had no food they recommended this place across the street. We used Peppa Pot to provide lunch for folks attending a networking event. The owner, Marlene, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the extra step and added our attendees names to each boxed lunch, which made distributing the lunches a breeze. The food was incredible and everyone enjoyed it - and it was all at a great price point. If you are looking for a solo meal or looking to have your event catered, Peppa Pot will have you covered!

Pepper Pot is one of the most authentic Jamaican restaurants in the Rochester area. I’ve been a customer for seven years. The Head Chef, Marlene is wonderful. Her beef & veggie patties, jerk chicken, oxtail, curry chicken, steamed cabbage , rice and peas, plantains and fried dumplings are our favorites. The ambience is perfect, the reggae music and cloth lined tables are perfect for a business lunch or dinner.Parking: $5 across the street.
