Took my mother out to lunch after picking up my vehicle from the dealer. Red Lobster is one of my mother's favorite restaurants. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was quiet and clean. However when it came to food, the taste and flavor was great. But the portion size was inconsistent. The appetizers, Crispy Dragon Calamari was wonderful and plentiful and the Coconut Shrimp was great but you only get 6 for the price. We were served by Diamond, who was absolutely great, had a magnificent meal( Lobster Lovers Dream ) and it was very delicious !! Service was on time and she checked on us 3 times !! We will be back !! Thank you Diamond for a great experience !!

We came in for dinner. There was 3 of us. We spent almost 200.00 including drinks. All the meals were over 40.00 each. Food was cold. Service was so slow and they were not busy at 330pm on a week night. Shrimp scampi looked old. Mashed potatoes tasted old and the lobster tail was cold as were my crab legs .best part of the meal was the biscuits. They were hot. Waitress was rude.
