The food was great! The staff seem to get along. However, I'm going to comment because if a particular situation. I'm sure my review will change again soon. However, I went there on 10/6/23, and I could hear the manager or shift leader asking one if the employees to finish something that should've been doing a while ago. I have been coming to to Schaller's for years,but I was in on the weekend of 7/8 October. Service was fast, but customer working with the public was absolutely unacceptable. The staff was very loud, the was profanity that should never be aloud in front of customers. I feel they really need trying on how to be professional with customers. Everyone deserves to work, but needs to conduct themselves accordingly. Just my opinion. Thank you for being a great burger restaurant.

I love the burgers and hot sauce here. These are the burgers that I trust to be the highest quality for the price in Rochester. But the staff here are always particularly fabulous. They always seem to have enough staff so that you get the same server from beginning to end, and they always make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Love it here!
