I just ordered a wonderfully delicious coconut cream pie. We can’t get over how delicious it is. The crust is tasty, flakey, and light, just as it should be. And it was large! Certainly worth the $20. Can’t wait for another special occasion so I can order another one! So good!!

My mother had heard great things about Special T, so my father decided to get a cheesecake from them for Christmas night dessert. He got a plain cheesecake that was maybe 6" and it cost $21. My family loves cheesecake so as you can imagine we were all very excited.As soon as we bit into the cheesecake, we could tell that it was sub-par at best. There was no creaminess at all, and it was way way too sweet. As a fan of desserts in general, it's pretty difficult to disappoint me. However, Special T certainly did just that. None of us finished our pieces and the rest was thrown out.Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Special T for a cheesecake ever again. I can't speak to the other desserts offered, but stay away from the cheesecake at all costs!

Put in a somewhat last-minute order for my sister and brother in laws first wedding anniversary and the entire process was so smooth! Ended up going with a cannoli cake and they have been raving about it all weekend. They added a nice message and flowers to the cake and it was half the price of another bakery quote I received. I highly recommend them for any of your cake or bakery needs!

I ordered a carrot cake for my wife's birthday. When I ordered they said it was $30 I thought it was expensive but she wanted a carrot cake and noone else could make one. We cut into the cake and 90% of the cake was frosting. We couldn't even taste the actual cake just frosting. We have gotten other goods from them and they have been great. For the size of the cake and that fact it was mostly frosting it is way over priced.

At first, everything seemed good: ordering the cake was easy and pickup was no problem.Looking for desserts on a Sunday can be hard not with Special T Cakes, so happy they were open and well stocked with all kinds of treats.They are located within the Rockcastle so its like a one stop shop. We will definitely be back in!

Extremely disappointed with the cannoli cake, the almond cake was overpowering and the texture was gross, it looked and tasted like a box mix with flavoring added. The cannoli filling had mini chips in it which I don't care for and it tasted bitter. The only good part of the cake was the whipped cream frosting. I also think $30 was overpriced. This is my second time trying this bakery and I won't be going back.
