We have loved this place for a long time because of its cozy atmosphere and amazing menu. However, since it came under the new management (same great owners), the place became absolutely superb. The food is prepared to perfection. Everything is tasty and delicious. The ambience created by the recent renovations is even more welcoming than it used to be. I had such an incredible experience here with my family. We loved the vibe! The staff was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious! We left full and beyond happy! Thank you Colbeh of Roslyn! Highly recommend the steak, kabob, all the appetizers! Will be back very soon!

My family and I are frequent diners at colbeh so when it was time to throw my husband a birthday naturally we picked colbeh. This was however our first time at Roslyn and it was the best decision ever. This place is super warm, intimate, cozy and perfect for a party. The food was consistently amazing, as it always is.
