“My group & I really enjoyed our experience at Cantina! We were in town for a couple days and could not have picked a better spot. Cozy, welcoming, aesthetically pleasing, wonderful service. Our waitress Olivia was so lovely and right on top of everything. My friends got skinny margs which were amazing. I got a virgin guava coconut marg 10/10 would recommend to a friend!! The food was all delicious, super fast, perfect amount of spice on everything. Definitely very fresh ingredients. All-around we had a really great experience and will have to come back the next time we're in town.“
“This is a good local Mexican ‘local’ just a short walk down from the Race Track. We stopped in the other night and just grabbed a seat at the bar. The drinks were good and the service was as well. We probably didn’t order the right things on the menu but would be willing to head back and give it another try. If you’re gonna try it out, just be aware that it’s not open every night. I think it is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but I am wondering if the opening nights change during racing season when the races are running Wed-Sun.“
“Brownie served on a skillet?? Word. Apparently they just got it (new on the menu). Surprisingly good when paired with chips and salsa, which are on the house. Plus, the server happily swapped the vanilla ice cream, which it normally comes with, for the fried ice cream.“
“Unexpectedly, this is the best pizza in Saratoga. The cheese is soft but doesn't fall off, the pies are sliced perfectly so the pieces separately easily, the sauce is not overwhelming, there is a good selection of toppings, online ordering was easy, perfectly cooked.The only thing is that it was unclear when ordering online how the order would be delivered (for me it was through Uber) so the ETA it tells you is incorrect.“
“Originally we had been planning to dine at the other Mexican restaurant in town, but we missed our reservation and decided to come to El Mexicano. Wow, what a great alternative. The food is fantastic, the waitstaff very attentive and the cost of dining was very reasonable. I fully intend to make this my number one choice for Mexican food in the Saratoga area.“
