I love this place. I try to go weekly with my son. The waitress has a sparkling personality & all the staff are cool as well I love the vibe & food there. The French toast with strawberries & cheesecake, you must try. I would definitely recommend you stop in ;)
I grew up in Schenectady and have moved around the country as an adult. The one thing I CRAVE all the time is Broadway Lunch's hot dogs. Their meat sauce, the perfectly steamed buns, perfect dogs - best in the world. I have tried to re-create their sauce without luck. I have tried to find a place with sauce nearly as good - no luck. If you go, and you should. Get the loaded hot dogs! I usually order to go and get either the hot dogs or their open faced turkey sandwich.I only ate inside once, and they were super busy, but we still received our food, delicious and hot.Absolutely go here if you are able.
