Simple the best place to get Chinese cuisine in the Schenectady NY area. Each time I order the sweet and sour chicken, it is fresh and hot and so tasty. Without fail. Clean restaurant and fast, friendly staff. Their rice is well cooked and chicken is white and fried in clean oil. Highly recommend them!
This is the first time I had food from Ming's, but so far very impressed. It was all well cooked, tasty, well seasoned and none of the fried stuff was greasy. I ordered Kung Pao shrimp and it was spicy! So often the menu indicates spicy, but it usually is bland - not this.Parking: Street parking only.

Best take out Asian flare tasty rice dishes. Best porkfried rice in Capital Region. Terrific prices. Wishing they had a rest room for customer.Vegetarian options: Delish bean curd veggie soup
