I had been to this establishment a lot before COVID and I loved the food, Not this time. We took a couple of friends with us. 2 ordered pizza, 2 ordered paninis. First off no one greeted us so we took menus and sat down. We went up to the counter where a man was chatting with someone and never acknowledged us. They give you a very special customer service I haven't seen in a long time. Individually they all make sure that you have what you need before you leave, And they treat you like real customers. And I've never been here before it's my first time so I was quite surprised. The food was excellent, perfect for my taste. I would highly recommend this place.

As a vegetarian, Ruggiero’s is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in upstate NY. It’s my go to every time I want pizza , and it is absolutely delicious every time I get it. Staff is friendly and very accommodating when I ask for no cheese , add mushrooms & artichokes. Me and my 15 month old crush this pizza together and laugh and smile the whole time.
