Ashley, our server, was excellent! She offered her services with a grin. quite significant given my experience in customer service. She was polite and complied with all requests. Ashley made my Mom and I feel really special since we nearly forgot there were other customers in the restaurant. I sincerely hope she has room to improve as a trainer at IHOP. We hope to have Ashley as our server when we go back because we were really happy.
Waited an hour for pancakes, staff was nice and servers were apologetic but this a family friendly place and when you're with young kids who are hungry waiting an hour for simple food is unacceptable.

This was on a weekday morning, Hubby treated. Food was delish. Had strawberry banana french toast. Not overly sweet or too much. Just right. Asked for our senior discount. Still too much ($52) for two people out for breakfast. But worth every penny.
