“Deninos has great pizza and is usually nice and well done. I will admit I used to love their calamari - it was nice and crispy. But over the years the have changed the recipe, now it is chewy and kinda gross. I hate to throw shade on this pizzeria because I have been going there since I was a kid but I want to leave an honest review. And I wish they would update their glasses instead. They are so small and you got to suck with these tiny red straws. I'll admit I am not a fan of that (but it is tradition). I love their pizza but I will say it used to be better than it is currently. The last time I went here was 2 years ago. It was for a family birthday party. Most of my family was surprised with how much the recipes changed. However we mostly order pizza and calamari. So I can't say how the other menu options are. All in all I will continue to go here just not as frequently as I used to. Because it is far from my home and it just isn't what it used to be.“

“Just had Ungaro's tonight for the 3rd time with my kids and it was just as great as ever. Kids are tough critics for pizza, but they loved it. They just have to work on the pronunciation of the name. I love driving back into the neighborhood I grew up in to support local family businesses as my family was in I know all to well how challenging it can be especially with regards to location. This place never disappoints. It's comfortable and quaint, always well lit with some classic Italian tunes on and the food knocks it out of the park. We enjoyed a classic cheese pie and mozzarella sticks, a must for my kids, and I got for the third time this fig and cheese app on crostini bread with a honey and glaze drizzle. Ming ! My only complaint is a kitchen staff member was taking a break while I was eating with my family and total disregard blasting some telemundo crap from two tables away at full volume. I was about more than halfway done but it totally messed up the vibe. Dinner with the kids, drizzling outside, they had a long day were talking about the neighborhood and Boom just a total left field hit of some random telemundo or something. And he had the phone propped up on a bottle of iced tea so I said to myself " well this experience has just ended ". I asked the waitress who was lovely if that man worked there she said yes so I asked her to take care of it and she did. If it was a regular patron I would have been polite and asked them to cut it. Now listen, I get it. The guy is taking a break and it's a small place. I just hate when workers do things they wouldn't do if the owners were there. The guy even turned the phone back on but lower about 15 minutes later, I could hear it dude !! That's rude! Bring some headphones to work. Business is hard enough without ownership having to worry about a rogue dishwasher not giving a rats ass about their business and what they are trying to build. “What a gem! Passed this place so many times and finally went in. Husband and I shared a drink, a half order of fettuccini Alfredo and an order of veal parm with potato and veggies. Everything was absolutely delicious! The quality of the pasta was incredible; the red sauce on the veal was different- more sweet and herbaceous than I'm used to. But the more sauce we ate, the more we loved it. The restaurant is pretty and spotless clean and the chairs are so comfortable. Service was totally on point. Prices are fair. Can't wait to go back.“

She was quick to respond via email, answered all of my questions, and sat with us in person to sort out final details. The day of the event, Erin and the rest of the staff worked so hard to make sure that everyone was happy throughout the day. DJ had a good selection of dance music, but there was NO PLACE TO DANCE. There was hardly any place to walk. “My wife and I visited this cute little Italian restaurant recently to celebrate our first anniversary. When we got there, we were greeted by the owner who acted as our server as well as the cook. We started off with the meatballs as a starter. They were made old school, like my great grandmother would make it with pine nuts and raisins. They were delicious and the sauce was fantastic. My wife had the surf and turf and I had the rib eye special. Both were cooked a perfect medium-rare. The owner (who’s name I unfortunately have forgotten), heard us raving about the meatballs and brought us out a complimentary bowl of freshly made pappardelle pasta with red sauce and more meatballs. Needless to say, we were beyond stuffed. When he heard that it was our anniversary, he then proceeded to insist we stay for a surprise dessert on the house. This was an offer we couldn’t refuse! A few minutes later he dropped a warm funnel cake in front of us, topped with strawberries, vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and whipped cream. It was fantastic! I really can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a great meal at a great price, this is the place for you!“
“I live blocks away from here and can't believe I never reviewed since I'm here usually once every few weeks. There are maybe 8 pizza places in walking distance of my house but this is my go to spot. First of all you get these big huge giant slices. Second they are nice and crispy out of the oven and not floppy. Not over oily and love their sauce and cheese they use which isn't too acidity. For a hungry person 2 slices is plenty actually. They have a variety of choices. Also love their chicken rolls and garlic knots.“

For drink a glass bottle of Coca-Cola and the glass bottle of their "Classic Pizza" seltzer. All the food was very tasty and deserved each penny from $25. Since we were here 1st time, we shared all the dishes and enjoyed each piece we bit. The dough for the pizza and the roll was thin and crispy (but not overcooked), along with the juicy toppings, making each dish taste unforgettable. “Campania Coal-Fired Pizza was reserved for birthday dinner. We got a table in the corner and it gave us some privacy because place was overloaded with people. The interior is designed in dark and gold colors and was sparkling in the light of chandeliers. It was little hard to walk around because the tables are placed too close. The waiter gave us too much time for food choices but we were a great company and it is nothing to complain about. Soon we got bread on the table with some tomato sauce and drinks. Really. The Italian place can not serve such bread which felt as couple days old, dry as paper. And sauce did not make it somehow better. FRESH MOZZARELLA and TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE were our appetisers. Mozzarella was horrible rubbery with no mentioned grilled peppers. The basil and some spring mix that were placed instead of peppers was very fresh, olive oil was flavourful and olives were tasty with few slices of prosciutto. Overall I don’t believe they can charge 21 for such dish. TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE was tasty with interesting rings pasta with good texture of the sauce but no one noticed any truffle flavour. Next we got gnocchi with lobster. It was special dish on menu for Ester. Nicely served, delicious sauce, soft and silky gnocchi but we barely found any lobster in. The star of the table were pizza pies. Little over baked but delicious. We ordered Lombard pizza, Ortolano pizza and one pie half chicken buffalo and pepperoni. All of them were very tasty and enjoyable. Even those who didn’t want to have pizza that day couldn’t stand to have a piece. We had a great time, environment was little too loud but we definitely are planning to come back.“

“Very nice pizza place with many tables. I've been here twice and both times it was nice and quiet inside. I ordered at the counter and one of the staff brought the pizza over when it was ready which was very courteous and hospitable. The pizza is also very fresh here, both times I got a Sicilian slice and it was nice and fluffy with crunchy crust, it didn't taste like it was sitting out all day which I really appreciated. Also all the pizza on display looked fresh, sometimes you can tell by the way the cheese looks how long pizza has been sitting but everything looks very fresh and delicious. The location of this pizzeria is also convenient as there's a large parking lot so it's easy to come here and find a spot. I'd say the prices are very reasonable and in line with other pizza places right now but not overpriced. My one wish is that they had fountain soda, I don't know why but I love fountain soda! “I usually order from here on a regular basis. Nothing crazy, just either one of their large pies plain, pepperoni, buffalo, etc. Their pies are usually pretty good. In fact, probably one of the better pies around my area. However recently they dont seem to be listening to their customers. Whenever I order a pie, I order it well done… always. But the last few months, the pies never come well done even though it is clearly written on the receipt in bold red letters. I have held off, thinking this would correct itself, but unfortunately it hasn’t. If one is going to pay $20.00 for a plain pie, or any pie, listen to your customers and make the pie the way they request. Not just rush it out the door because you are busy. And while I am talking about the receipt, what’s with the $1.00 delivery charge? Not sure why I never noticed it before and I know it’s only a dollar, but that’s not the point. Covid is over bro, stop nickel and diming your customers. The place is always packed and it’s always a long wait for a pie, so I think you can afford to pay your employees enough without tacking on an extra dollar to everyone’s delivery. I’d rather pay more for the food than see a extra delivery charge on my bill. At least make me feel a little bit like I’m not getting screwed. Next time I’ll just deduct it from the drivers tip. The counter is friendly and nice and it's your usually pizza spot. The tables are a bit squished and your condiments are scattered. But the food itself can't be anything less than great The pizza specials are affordable and if you grab they're menu you're able to see they've got a lot of combos that can feed a family for less than 30$. We've had their plain slice chicken Buffalo and wings and all were great. I highly recommend coming in for a slice as the crust is crispy and fresh. What was supposed to be a small family dinner for the 4 of us for our daughter's 6th birthday, turned into a small party of 17...they even got us her cake which was delicious, super fresh & super cute. I highly recommend Giuliana's not only for a party but even a night out for dinner with the family if you're not in the mood to cook & clean up afterwards. Our 1st dinner party was August 1st after our wedding at city hall on Richmond Terrace, that was during the week and for 12 people. The price did not match the outstanding service and brilliant mouth watering taste of the food, we could not stop talking about & praising Giuliana's for days afterwards & could not wait to have another gathering there which we did to celebrate our daughters birthday.
