I got my normal beach club sub, which was good and consistent with all JJ's I've been too. My issue with the location was the service, even though I was the only one there at the time, I was not acknowledged by either employee, and they were engaged in their own conversation while cashing me out. Mop bucket was out in front of the register and had a weird smell.
I enjoyed Jimmy John's very much I didn't even know they were in upstate New York cuz I'm from Florida and I love that the one I go to has a drive-thru right now with everything going on food's delicious rolls delicious have no complaints well I wish they'd offer more different types of cheese

I try to avoid chains but I can't complain about this place. My order was ready super fast and everything seemed fresh. I got the spicy east coast Italian with pickles. It hit the spot and was the perfect size. There was a good amount of meat on there and the roll was quality. I'll def be returning at some point.
