All of the employees at this pizzaria are welcoming and delightful. I only order pizza a handful of times from them a year (they are the best and the money is worth it). True NY style pizza comes from Paladino’s in Mattydale. I haven’t experienced the same taste or authenticity from any other area Paladino’s.
Best pizza and wings I’ve ever had!! I have been missing out! I have lived in the Syracuse area for 40 years and yesterday was my first time trying Paladino’s! The pizza was delicious. Reminds me of NY style pizza from Little Italy. The wings were cooked to perfection. Crispy skin, tender chicken. I ordered Medium and they had just enough heat. The customer service was impressive. I will never get pizza again from another restaurant in CNY!

My only complaint, seems like they are never open. I don't think they are open when they are open past 8pm. For a pizza place, they should at least be open to 9 on weekdays and 10 on Friday and Saturday nights.
