Service: great! Called in for a pick up and they had my food warm and ready! However, I didn’t get any plastic utensils or napkins which was a bit inconvenient since I was rushing to get back to work.Taste: “Boneless spare ribs” aka C31- rice was good and meat was mediocre. Fast, polite, and delicious. I ordered the Szechuan chicken combo extra spicy and they actually made it spicy unlike every other Chinese place I've been to in the area. Crab rangoons were the perfect texture and had lots of filling. My new go-to place for Chinese in Syracuse.

Fried food tends to have a lot of excess grease, not sure why possibly they need to raise the fryer temp slightly. Food is pretty good not the best but I'll keep coming back to eat it if it's the closest to me.
